From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by Lindsey (I believe that was her name). The front of the house was very clean, and as another pup was leaving, it was obvious they had been well cared for and were happy. Since this was Knuckles' very first grooming appointment, I was a little nervous, but the entire team was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with him. When I picked him up, he looked adorable wearing a cute bandana, smelled amazing, and his coat was so soft and fluffy. As a corgi owner, I know their coats require special care, and they did a fantastic job! It's clear the staff genuinely loves what they do and treats every pet like family. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer. We'll definitely be back--Knuckles has found his new favorite spa!

I was able to message them on Facebook and get my two large breed dogs in within a couple of days.. which is awesome since we usually had to book our big guy at least a couple weeks out bc with his energy not a lot of people can manage him (super sweet, but equally hyper in new anxiety provoking situations) Needless to say, she provided recommendations for my dog with severe allergies and showed that she actually cares about the animal! Which is huge for me, especially when we are letting someone else care for our pups in situations that can be nerve racking for them. They both look great, and we will be going back! My only feedback is that my dogs didn't get a cute bandana that they usually do lol I'll have to buy some to bring next time! But definitely would recommend them!!! They even have the cutest little play park inside with beds and toys galore for them!
