I was able to message them on Facebook and get my two large breed dogs in within a couple of days.. which is awesome since we usually had to book our big guy at least a couple weeks out bc with his energy not a lot of people can manage him (super sweet, but equally hyper in new anxiety provoking situations) Needless to say, she provided recommendations for my dog with severe allergies and showed that she actually cares about the animal! Which is huge for me, especially when we are letting someone else care for our pups in situations that can be nerve racking for them. They both look great, and we will be going back! My only feedback is that my dogs didn't get a cute bandana that they usually do lol I'll have to buy some to bring next time! But definitely would recommend them!!! All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. When I picked my dog up I was even given a handmade Christmas ornament with clippings from my dogs grooming session inside.
