Results Fitness Center is a true gem and one of the last gyms in LA that still has a soul. The owner, Leo, is present, genuinely cares about the community more than scaling, and truly believes in what he's built. The members aren't zombies staring into space with headphones on, people actually say hello, respect each other, and still give you your space to train. There's a real energy here that's hard to explain unless you experience it. One of the major perks (aside from being exceptionally clean) is that you receive a fob and are able to come anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Along with the membership option, he also has packages for personal training. 5 stars - my go-to Equinox location…read more Equinox Studio City is my home gym and I'm here pretty much every day. I've been to Hollywood, DTLA, West Hollywood, Glendale, Santa Monica, and Studio City is still my favorite overall. Biggest thing is cleanliness. For how busy this place gets, it's always maintained. Towels are always stocked, locker rooms are constantly being cleaned, and I've never walked into a shower that was out of products. There's always staff in there keeping everything in check. Another huge win is Erewhon Studio City right next door. You finish your workout and immediately have a solid post-workout meal ready. Nothing beats that. There's no Earth Bar here, but honestly you don't even need it because Erewhon is better. You do have to time your workouts though. Early mornings before 8am are the best, weekends early are even better and usually empty. After 9-10am it starts getting packed, and evenings around 5-7pm are honestly tough if you're trying to get a smooth workout in. People complain about parking because the plaza gets busy, but I've never had an issue. I go early, get a great spot, and I'm out before it gets crazy. One issue I've raised multiple times is people bringing oils into the steam room. When they pour it in, the whole place smells, it sticks to your body and hair, and I've had allergic reactions from it. It happens less now, but when it does it completely ruins the steam room. Feels like something that could be controlled better. The vibe here is more low-key, which I like. People mind their business and just work out. Compared to Hollywood, which can feel more social and sometimes uncomfortable, Studio City feels way more normal and focused. Front desk and trainers are hit or miss. Some are great, some don't even acknowledge you. Trainers here mostly keep to themselves unless you hire them, while other locations feel more welcoming. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable. Music is at a good level too--it doesn't interfere with your headphones, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, I'm here daily for a reason. If you figure out the timing, this is one of the best Equinox locations in LA.

I notified an employee that the bathroom was dirty. Five minutes later somebody came in and all they did was spray air freshener into every stall. There was ample amount of water on the counters. I could've been wiped off the bathroom stall walls seem like somebody just comes to spray them, but never wipes anything away. The showers are pretty dirty as hair does get left behind by people who don't wrap their hair up and I feel like there's a lot of dirt and grime on the walls and the shower curtains as well. The gym equipment is standard, but I don't like when you are on the right side of the gym and it's about to be sunset because the equipment faces the window which unless you thought to bring sunglasses can be a little bit much if you are not aware All in all, there is a lot of parking as there are two levels and I would return. I just hope that they implement a more frequent and actual cleaning service.

I spoke with Lizzie, I believe was her name. She was so kind, charismatic, informative, and made me feel comfortable over the phone. So much so that as I spoke with her on the phone shortly after I came in to sign up. I want to say a window of 30-40 min maybe less. I'm giving this a try at $85 for one month full membership then I will be switching to $70 auto pay if all goes well. And then I guess the fans they had broke and they had to find replacements- IDK if this was a decision from corporate or management (which fans to get) but they downsized MAJORLY. The new fans are so pathetic it's not even funny I'm constantly DRENCHED in sweat and I know it was probably cheaper! They're like fr half the size of the old fans!!!! I joined ACF at the height of the pandemic in 2020. All gyms had closed and I desperately needed to…read morerelease my stress since I'm in healthcare and never stopped working during the lockdown. ACF had outdoor workouts that really kicked your butt and followed the COVID guidelines. My biggest concern was walking into a gym and being shamed for not doing the workout correctly. I remember having to do handstand push up and making a complete fool out of myself because I would fall with each attempt. Thankfully, the community and environment Karlos, John, and all the ACF coches have built made me get back up each time and try again and even modifying the workouts to strengthen the muscles to get to specific movements. ACF isn't just a gym, but my safe haven. There are days where I feel defeated and don't want to workout, but once I'm there, I feel great and happy I made it in. Also, I NEVER saw myself in spartan races. I'm in awe that I'll be completing my second run with ACF members in just a few weeks. I'm a whole different version of myself and I couldn't be more grateful for my AFC family. ‍‍‍

Don't have to share with men and I prefer this. Smoothie bar that is not affiliated with LA fitness I always buy a smoothie here post workout And the convenience of the location for me with ample parking lot. Cons: dirty, people using sauna as a drying rack--machines often out of service, crowded, lack of hygiene with people there not wiping down machines, etc. First off, gym appears the same way no major changes noticeable inside except now for an infused water dispenser machine. Inside the women's locker area seems fine until it is your turn to pick a good shower( iykyk) I was stuck with a bad shower head that had severe pressure to it. Now, the major issue here is that it made a whole mess of water, getting my items wet and the flooring. My concern is that this is a major fall risk and someone can get hurt at this gym's expense for negligence to this. So, FYI, please recheck your shower heads and make them all consistent; lessen the pressure on them as well. Also, I don't believe any of the five-star reviews left here; not true at all. Been there and have had a bad experience with their personal training program. Will not get into it here though.
