The space is a small office suite with Nautilus machines and a few free weights - no mirrors, music, televisions, cardio machines, spa or classes. Their focus is on building muscle, and eliminating distractions allows you to fully concentrate on your workout All workouts are with a personal trainer. After an initial one hour session, subsequent workouts are a half hour. Your trainer sets the machines, corrects your form, offers encouragement, times your effort, charts your progress and pushes you as hard as you want to be pushed (and maybe just a little bit more, when they know you can handle it) Each exercise is done slowly, forcing the muscles to work hard and fatigue in a couple of minutes. This is how you get a complete full body workout in such a short time I have worked out on my own, had personal trainers and done CrossFit, but nothing has been as effective for me as The Perfect Workout. This is the most amazing workout because it works! It's only 20 minutes of lifting heavy weights very slowly on Nautilus machines. Each machine targets different muscle groups and having a trainer work one on one to motivate me and help me maintain the proper form has made all the difference. I have been training here for about 4 years. I've had 3 different trainers -- all great. This outfit is a class act. In 20 minutes you get s designed workout on 6-8 different Nautilus weight machines. I have lost weight, learned better nutrition but best of all have toned my muscles so that my clothes fit better and I look better. I have been coming here for nearly a year now. I used to go to the Tustin location but when I changed jobs last year I moved to this one because its only 3 miles away from work. The staff here (trainers) are really well-trained and will work you out even if you have limitations. I LOVE this workout and this facility! The staff are all so friendly and care so much and what's important to me is that they really work with my on my crazy schedule. My trainer Ann Marie is amazing too (she even texts me reminders to come that day)! She modifies any of the exercises specifically to accommodate my needs on any physical issues I have, like my bad knee or the occasional back issues that flair up. She is constantly checking to ensure I'm doing ok with my knee and adjusts the exercises as needed. I have had many greats results doing this workout and building strength and along with some Prolo-Ozone therapy I have done, I do believe these exercises have helped me to avoid the knee surgery I was going to do a year ago. Its so hard to communicate to others how slow-motion training is completely different than other types and also how this 20-30 min workout 2x's per week produces results, but it does!
