The minute I stepped in, the trainers knew my name and helped me. If there was something I wasn't able to do, one of the trainers made sure I got modifications. I love how each time I attend class, it's different. I always feel challenged, but not frustrated because everyone is always encouraging. At $45 a week, F45 seems pretty pricey. However, I believe that it is worth investing in myself. Besides, I spend more than $45 a week on Starbucks -- why can't I put that money in something more enjoyable and beneficial to my health? Instead of asking if F45 is worth the price, ask yourself if you're worth it. I would gladly give up all my vices to be able to keep attending sessions at F45. Great place, great people!

I love Terence and his awesome staff!…read more My work put me in charge of finding a company that would offer us a corporate fitness plan, and after meeting and talking to Terence at the high school track where we run, and where he was training kids on football drills, and after other extensive research, I recommended TD3 Fitness. We contracted with them to come out and work with us at work by offering two boot camp workouts a week, plus a Lunch and Learn class once a week. And it's been fantastic! They offer different classes, including dance, and Zumba and the like, but we chose a boot camp type class, as we have some guys who don't necessarily want to do Zumba. We've done one pure cardio kickboxing class that everyone enjoyed, and the rest of the classes have been either a mix of strength training and cardio, or just strength training. We typically work out at the park near my job, but last week had to go to the gym because of the rain. And it was good, because he had a lot more equipment for us to use. Although, when we did drop sets at the park with just kettle bells and our body weight, we got a work out for real! Ariane teaches us one a week, and Terence teaches the other, plus he does the Lunch and Learn. We chose "Nutrition for Life" as we are doing a weight loss challenge at work and this ties in well. This isn't a big box gym that you can work out in every day. This is a small gym that offers personal training and small group workouts, plus corporate fitness. But Terence knows his stuff (he used to play in the NFL and also does corporate fitness for a lot bigger companies that ours), and will motivate you without being a jerk. he's tough, but it's tough love. He wants you to succeed and each your fitness goals, no matter how small, or how lofty. Ariane as well is a great instructor and will push you farther than you thought you could go. She won't let you quit, even though that last mountain climber hurts! I would definitely recommend TD3 Fitness! It's a great place with fantastic people. I think it's reasonable, but of course I just have experience with the corporate plan for our small company. I hope they continue it, but if not I would NOT hesitate to come here for personal training! The place may not look like much from the outside, but inside? I think magic happens here!

Hello all. I would like to share with you my story and the reason I started working out at the Camp…read moreTransformation Center here in Houston (Federal Rd. location). Every day after work, my 15-year-old son would greet me at the door to the house with a basketball in his hand. His words to me were always "...let's play a game of 1vs 1...you and me". My response to him was always "...I've had a hard day at work" or "my allergies are really bad" or "I have work to do upstairs" etc. The real reason I would avoid a basketball game with him was that I had high blood pressure, I was overweight by 55 lbs., and I couldn't even play ball for 15 minutes without almost passing out. I started noticing that he stopped asking me and would play outside alone...or just not play basketball at all. I had to make a change before I caused any more damage to my relationship with my son and even to myself. I had to change my eating habits. I also changed my couch for a walk outside, start moving more on a daily basis. My wife recommended the Camp Transformation Center to me because one of our family members was attending. She spoke well of this place and the hours worked well with my schedule, so I stopped by. I started on May 28th with a 4-week tryout. I told myself, "It's only $49 dollars, I can either lose a few pounds or lose the $49 dollars". Losing $49 dollars wouldn't hurt my pocket that bad and losing weight would be beneficial to me...if I decided to stay for the full 4 weeks. Today is August 16, 2019, and I have not looked back. I weighed myself the day I joined and I was at 255 lbs. I am currently at 238 lbs. (17 lbs. less than when I started). I still don't see the change visually but I now have to wear a belt because all of my pants do not stay on me. I wanted to better my health and try to keep up with my son and I have achieved both. My blood pressure is back to normal and I can play 3 games of 1 vs 1 with my son and still have the energy and capability to go for a quick swim after our game.
