When I arrived for my appointment Denise had not made a note of it so was not expecting me. All my items were Boden dresses, bought in the last year or two, some had only been worn a couple of times. They were all in very good condition and most had been dry cleaned since I had worn them. After searching far and wide for over a year, my gracious friend was able to find the most magnificent colors of two pairs of Hoka sneakers in Harbor mist and ice water. They practice what they preach in their description  "we place emphasis on "fitting" shoes based on the individual customer's needs and educate the consumer about foot health and footcare related products to help alleviate and prevent foot pain and disorders" The selection at this divine store is remarkable but the service is truly the most outstanding feature and makes the sneakers well worth the price.
