I even phone the guy to ask when he is roasting but he lies. Says "roasting tomorrow" but when I go the next day to buy, the beans are from last week or older. I recommend Republica Beans from Cloverdale, they guarantee the beans are less than 72 hours from roasting and they deliver to Mission for $2. They always deliver within 1-2 days and their beans are freshly roasted. Republica has better tasting coffee beans than these guys.
