I was in town visiting family and came here for lunch one day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. I had a special of the day. It was a crab dip topped with shrimp and steak bites. It came with chips and bread for dipping. Everything was so yummy. The steak was tender and flavorful. Lots of nice shrimp. Crab dip had lots of crab in it and was very cheesy gooey. My aunt had the FIESTA SHRIMP: 1 lb steamed shrimp with onions, peppers, white wine, lemon, lime, garlic, old ba and house garlic bread. My aunt really liked this. Lots of shrimp. They were still in the shell so the dish was very messy to eat but otherwise she liked it. My uncle had the GRILLED SALMON: citrus butter served over balsamic garlic seared spinach and risotto. He thought the salmon was nicely cooked and the sides were flavorful. I nice local spot in PA. Generous here. We came on a Saturday night and was promptly seated. Not that it matters but we were sat next a big family with a spoiled brat that screamed louder than I've ever heard a kid scream. 1 scream no big deal, 2 screams happens, 3 is a tough night and we'll the event of spontaneous screams continued to go on and on. Perhaps management could have moved us or at least acknowledged the customers around this family of hollers. Heck, that never happened and our waiter (seemed new) was totally in the weeds (maybe literary) that it was hard to get our drink's refreshed. So most of that, the restaurant cannot control outside of service but our French Onion was a salt bowl and we each tried to consume our "medium ordered" PBI burgers but couldn't stomach as they were incredibly overcooked. Zero flavor but the mushroom caps were tasty. We have heard mostly good things about PBI but this night was a,,,Horrible experience! Reattack maybe another day. read more

Picture says it all....just went there and spent over 120$ on dinner for me and wife, which included a filet mignon cooked medium...also had 2 crab cakes as add ons to filet....they brought me out a well done roast as my filet... Just look at the picture, says it all.....but to make.it worse, al they would do to make it right is change my order to a 2 crab cake dinner....so I paid over 120$ to eat my add on as my meal, not what I wanted....anyone who is even slightly familiar with meat cuts can see this "tenderloin" is def from a roast....and their resolution was not even a little bit right....this place has gone WAAYYYY downhill....will NEVER return.... read more

The food there was horrible! We ordered around $200 worth of food the the only dish we actually enjoyed and would not mind ordering again is the Nachos! While the Service was good, the food was not. Our medium well prime rib was served as of they are freshly cut from the cow with blood everywhere! Our pesto pasta was swimming in oils with what seemed like day old pasta (brittle and hard). The chicken in the chicken parm was burned. The mango chicken wing and sweet potato fries were served Black as if the oil has not been changed for a long time. Don't waste the money there. read more

Two of us stopped in for a great meal with friendly service. There is plenty of parking here. Bring a sweater, I got chilly. They have a great selection of beers here including $3 Yeunglings. First time visitor Saturday night around 7pm. The place could use a little TLC outside. Overgrown shrubbery doesn't make for an inviting look. Once inside, the overall look of the place is dated, but seemed clean and cared for. One thing, and this may sound petty, please change all the lightbulbs in the dining areas to the same color temperature. It looks cheap when some are warm white, and others cool white. We were greeted promptly and seated. Our server came to our table within a minute or two, and was attentive during the entire meal. Drinks were delivered quickly. Both meals were very good. I opted for a bacon cheddar burger, and my wife got the sweet potato crusted tilapia. Each was cooked perfectly. Taste was very good. Overall, great first time experience. We will be back. read more

Nice bar with good bartenders. Dinner servers are also really good. However, food is mediocre. One week the wings were great, the next week they were over fried. Steaks were tough, cream of crab cold and baked potato was under cooked. Hopefully they will look into some of these issue and make some changes. read more

If you plan on staying at the Peach Bottom Inn you might want to rethink your accommodations! My family and I recently spent three nights there. Upon arrival in our rooms I was confronted with a strong odor of mildew mixed with a slight hint of urine. It was so bad that I called my mother and asked her to pick up some Lysol on the way. I lit a candle to try to get rid of some of the stench. It was so humid in there that the sheets on the beds were wet as were the towel. The rug on the floor squished beneath my feet. I was informed that the room was this way because it had rained the night before. So, if you are staying there bring your own towels, sheets and pillows. The rooms in the Inn were all in poor repair and sure could have used a good cleaning. I think this is what is called a "no tell motel." It was not just our room that was like this I was in five separate rooms and they were all like this. I would also like to add that we did not have hot water for our entire stay. We called the front desk and informed them that we did not have hot water. We were in a group of 20 people and some of us even went to the front desk to tell them that we did not have hot water. We finally managed to get them to turn the hot water tank on but, when the hot water is gone it is gone. One the people that was in our party was charged extra money because, his room smelled like beer. It think this was an improvement over the previous odor. Bottom line, be safe and just don't stay there. Go someplace else. read more

A wonderful quaint motel near the squish banana. Reasonably priced with wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Next to a Royal farms for your chicken needs. The lounge is a true gem serving tons of beers and drinks. Keno is available and worth a spin. Showers have great water pressure. Come for the hospitality stay for the fried cheese curds. read more

Very friendly wait staff. The place was near empty on a Wednesday evening. We have dined here off and on for several years, its just hit or miss if your meal is great or just mediocre, we have had both. This review is based soley on our most recent experience. Started off with a drink, Worst Bloody Mary I have ever had ( and trust me I have had many). Came in a way too small glass to fit all the good stuff in. The bottom of the glass had an inch of spice sludge, no more than a shot of tomato juice, a shot of vodka and the rest ice. Just terrible. After ordering we waited 40 mins. for our meals. My husband had a 4 piece fried chicken dinner. The drumstick was the smallest one I have ever seen. He said the flavor was good. Price $15 with a side of slaw in a small plastic cup. No more than 1/4 cup. I ordered the $25 Delmonico. Just because the sign outside says steaks does not mean good steaks. It was not tender and had No taste. Baked potato was decent and my side of tomato/cucumber/onion salad was served in a tiny disposable medicine cup as well. C'mon... for that dinner price break out the china sidedishes. What a turn off. So with this being said this visit was a HUGE miss. Maybe next time. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. Just asked for a place that serves beers on the way home from Climbing and ended up with a pleasant to surprise. Draft beers perfectly chilled, crab stuffed mushrooms were piping hot and stacked with crab meat. For entres we got the crab Mac n cheese and filet on a bed of garlic spinach and matched potatoes topped with lump crab. Both were amazing and the price can't be beat! read more

Today was Father's Day so I thought I take my husband to the peach bottom Inn for their lunch / brunch buffet.The bacon was cold the eggs were cold eggs Benedict was Lasagna was cold .The promise of ribs there was none the pan was empty. The ham was cold roast beef was cold only thing that was supposed to be cold what is the shrimp and well that was Cold . I cannot say enough to not eat at this restaurant the bread was hard. Do you not eat at this restaurant I walked into the ladies restroom there was no soap to wash your hands. My husband was in the men's bathroom and there was no soap there either makes me wonder the people who work there and go to the bathroom how do they wash their hands I went out and told the lady there was no soap she walked in the bathroom she said well there's a little soap in there you can wash your hands with that one she said I know the other one has no soap but that's OK stay away the food is not worth it and $53 I spent I could've had many meals at McDonald's and had hotter food read more

The fine dining of Delta. They have a diverse menu and run some good specials. Some things are pricy but not overly so. The crab related items have all been great, the prime rib is good. Stayed away for almost two years due consistently bad service. Sadly, it hasn't improved. Just a table of three, we arrived at 12:24 for lunch. The place is basically dead. After the bartender got finished her current conversation she brought menus. Took 10 minutes for her to get back us. Ordered two small salads and a French onion soup. Finally got our order at 1:12. Stayed there July 4th 2011 and rented 3 rooms. My family has stayed there every 4th for the past 15years We have a nearby family reunion. On the plus side it is a descent place, clean rooms, reasonable charge and friendly helpful staff. On the not-so-hot side it is an older hotel with sagging ceiling tiles and mattresses that you can feel the springs! All that said there is not much of a choice but I would certainly stay there again. By the way they have a restaurant a block down that has a great breakfast! read more

This is a humble inn. It is not new. It is not at all even close to a hotel. But, the employees who work there are very sweet. I stayed two nights and my room was cleaned each day, even got extra towels when I asked. We stayed over on Christmas. The food is tops. The bartender, Bonnie, was very nice. The servers were excellent. The staff will do anything for you. We came from North Carolina to visit family in the area. This is a humble motel, which can definitely use some repairs. But the rooms are clean, the food is great, and the staff are very polite. read more

Stayed here in May for 2 nights with my significant other for a chorus concert and rehearsal I had to attend for class. This was the only nearby room we could find in the area.The rooms were a little run down and the beds seemed old and lower/smaller than most. The room also smelled a little like smoke and the decor and building overall could use an upgrade. After seeing a few confederate flags in the area on vehicles driving around, I was a little skeptical about staying and was thinking about making the extra drive back home. However the staff was very friendly. Our room was not ready when we got there since we did not book in advance but the lady at the front desk was happy to show us a room since we wanted to see what it looked like before we booked it. We decided to go get some snacks at a nearby store while the room we were assigned was being cleaned. One of the light bulbs in the lamp we had did not work and the tv was small. However, for the price we paid, it was decent and the staff gave us what we asked for when we needed it. We did not see any bugs in our room the entire time we were there and didn't see any bed bugs under our bed. The food at the restaurant inside was pricey but very delicious. We ordered over the phone and went to the restaurant to pick it up so that we could eat in our room. We were disappointed that our room did not have a mini fridge which we thought was listed on the website. They told us we would have to pay extra for it so we just went to a nearby store to buy a cooler and they were happy to fill it up with ice. Also, I was able to park right in front of my room where I could keep an eye out on my car and wouldn't have to walk far to load/unload our luggage. I recommend coming for the food and would probably only stay again if I had somewhere to be nearby the area. The room was generally clean (again it just looked less appealing because it seems to be behind the times). It also had free wifi so I was able to get my homework done while being here. I recommend only staying here if you are on a budget and need to be in the area; otherwise, it is not extremely impressive. But for no bugs and a generally clean room you will be satisfied and won't regret your stay. The lady who assigned us a room was considerate by assigning us a room at the far end since she said it would be less noisy (away from the restaurant). read more
