My dog was quite blind and deaf but she knew when she was there and was happy. Always proud of her cleaned up self after. They are very caring and do a wonderful job. When I arrive for the appointment to drop that are two golden retrievers, they asked how I wanted them groomed. I said my wife went over that with person she talk to on the phone in detail. They said person on the phone does not except grooming details. I told them I would have to reschedule. They were very aggressive and very rude. They charge me $40 to reschedule an appointment. I've never been a client of theirs and will never be a client of theirs.

I have probably used about 10 different groomers since having her because I have moved several times.I I found Adriana's Pet Salon (in business 16 years) in my searching for another groomer from the last because we just did not click. The shop is owned by Alexis and her husband so it is very family oriented and you get the same groomers between the two of them. My dog Shiloh was about 1 month overdue so her hair was pretty long and thick....Alexis was shown a photo of what I wanted and we chatted a couple of minutes and she was totally engaged in what I was asking for. It only took her a little over an hour and when I saw my dog's grooming I was beyond pleased, happy and I must say this was by far the best grooming my dog has ever had and the price was more than reasonable. They work so hard to understand and get to know your pup, and it really shows in the level of care. We walked in without an appointment and were immediately visited by the receptionist and an owner. They asked thorough questions on what he's like with new people, how he feels about baths, etc. They even offered to try a product on display (CBD oil drops) to help calm him down beforehand! They had me fill out an application and went over some details about their employees and standard bath procedure. Then, I got an expected time for when he'd be ready to get picked up. After about 60-90 minutes I got a call saying he was ready. When I got back to the shop, I was shocked! It was easily the most comfortable I've seen him with strangers. He's a shaky and scaredy boy, but he was sitting pretty in an employee's arms when I got back!! They also gave him a cute bandana to show off his new look :-) Would highly recommend these folks for anyone who's used to washing their dog in a kitchen sink or tub (AKA me!)

Was not told nor does it state anywhere on their website that a "RESERVATION WAS REQUIRED FOR DAYCARE". Show up as expected to give our dog a much needed daycare day to be told this. Well it'd been nice to know as we are new clients. This should've been told to the client on the dogs initial temperment exam day. Instead we get turned away on a day we had plans to be out and thought we could drop our dog off at her 1st daycare day. They also charge for half day daycare for the meet and greet as well. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
