I went to get balloons filled with helium and the guy filling up the balloon popped it. He then wouldn't blow up another one (I had 4 of the same balloons), said he would have to charge me for a new one, and refused to give me a refund because I brought it in myself. Horrible customer service and I will never come back here. Terrible value, very overpriced for helium. I paid nearly $40 for two balloons because they would not refund me. Absolutely incredible. As someone who plans a lot of parties and events, this place was impressive. To start off, it was in a very convenient location with lots of parking. Added plus, it had a nice front display (not cheap looking like Party City). The customer service was excellent- when we walked in they helped us find what we needed (a giant bow) immediately. When we went to find balloons, James (one of the staff), helped me find the right ones. He also saved us from deflated balloons. We went the store the day before the party and he asked us when the party was because certain balloons only last 24 hours; it's a good thing he checked because we ended up needing to pick up the balloons the next day otherwise they would've deflated before the event! I was incredibly impressed with how thorough he was. He kept helping my group- it's obvious he's going above and beyond at his job. The other woman working was also lovely- really all the staff! Made it really easy to make a quarantine birthday special! They were super helpful over the phone describing what balloons they had in stock that worked with our rainbow unicorn theme, even texting photos of the ones I'd picked out to help me decide. My super power is my sense of humor. I did not make it as Wonder Woman today. I told the sales associate to ignore loud laughs from the dressing room. I called ahead to ask about a costume and someone was nice enough to check their stock. There is a ton of merchandise here. Whether you are having a birthday party, graduation or bridal shower, anything you need is all under one roof. The costumes are somewhat over priced. I am spoiled by trolling through Value Village right after Halloween and paying half price for new costumes. There are great accessories: swords, wigs, makeup, masks and themed items. I came in here with a bit of a balloon emergency. I had a party and a few of my previously purchased mylars had popped. In a frenzy, I knew I needed some help, stat. Within seconds of entering the store and staring at the balloon counter Ray immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I was able to efficiently select the balloons I needed and have them inflated while I waited. What made my experience that much more fantastic was the fact that while I loaded my balloons into my car, one of them popped, and I was able to immediately walk them back inside and have it replaced, free of charge. What's more, a few hours later I had another two pop and again, I was able to replace them for no cost. Now that is an excellent replacement policy if I ever saw one. I will definitely be returning to peruse their other decorations, costumes, and of course their extensive balloon selection! read more

Extremely good service. I had a last minute mishap with balloons for my event the same day and they were so beyond accommodating. The staff went out of their way in order to make sure it could happen and even came to the event to set up AND take down the materials with very good timing.
