The store itself was very organized and one thing that I love was they had a few items in the window out front that are for anyone that may need something if they are in desperate times. There was a couple toys as well as snacks. The location also had a tub with change in it and a note that mentioned how they donate what they can each week to buy food/items for those in need. This place made me want to go out of my way to drop off any packages I need sent out or have anything notarized because they also offer that service here. There should be an option for more than just 5 stars for a place like this! At first I was resistant going to this location but five years later I'm still coming here. I've had different services with them over the years and I've become fond of their virtual mailbox system. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and really don't want to. I like that I can see what I've got in the mail, I can have them open and scan it or dispose of it. If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. I think their price is much better and as far as shipping well let's be honest, shipping is shipping and they're not making a fortune off of you. I consider them family and can't imagine going anywhere else.

I informed him that U-HAUL put a note that the dolly was never included, and said I would call them and immediately got on the phone. He waved me off and said, well they can give you a refund and printed a receipt saying he already charged me for it. Literally. Could not wait 5. Seconds. Horrible customer service, mind you, had he READ the screen in front of him he would have known NOT to charge me for it. The lady on the phone refunded me not 2 minutes later after I walked out.

I had to part with things and Vincenzo and the 28 year old (who called albums discs...LOL) did a heck of a great job today for me. Worth every cent for such a good job removing everything! Bravo!!!!! They arrived when they said they would. I completely filled their truck full of old stuff that I couldnt take with me. I admit I cried a little seeing everything being thrown out but I had to do what I had to do. I felt comfortable with a pisan taking care of my junk removal. We talked about sauce, new york, sicily, our 4 foot 10 grandmothers etc. It made the sadness of parting with treasures less painful. The 28 year old learned a lot from us today (me and Vinny!)
