I decided to go to the warehouse and Krystian was super helpful. Gave me the correct location of where my packages were and explained that because one of the packages were damaged on delivery the other packages were put on hold but I could go pick them up tomorrow because they were already there since June 28th!! Why not just deliver the ones that weren't damaged FedEx?! Those medical supplies that weren't damaged should have been delivered!!!

Gave me options and even helped me with another issue I didn't even come into the store for. This FedEx Store is located right off of Federal in Pompano Beach, within Broward County. The parking is a bit tight, so I would recommend going early. But these two individuals helped me beyond what was expected and now I know FedEx can actually create custom boxes for you, they can help you in store or on your own online. Which is super cool to know with all the small businesses that are up and coming as well as my own. They don't just create the boxes but can ship it directly to your home as well. I haven't seen any ads for this but thankfully Candace and Dylan were kind enough to educate me on a new service they provide. One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience.
