We bought a dresser and 2 nightstands made in solid cherry at their annual October sale in Culpepper and they were ready for delivery ahead of their initial estimate. I provided my own drawer handles (I didn't see any offered that I wanted) and they gladly installed them on the dresser and nightstands. Delivery and setup in my bedroom (on the 2nd floor) was included and even helped me move the existing furniture around to accommodate the new pieces. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the furniture, the workmanship and the staff. The prices are in line with stores like Pottery Barn and others but the quality exceeds what you pay at these big-box stores. Touring the work shop is a must - the various woods and colors are amazing. Other accessories such as hand made pottery lamps (amazing!!), and decorative items are always for sale. (Thank you for my "kitchen squirrels" - they were wonderful gifts for my friends that bake a lot). If you have any doubts about their furniture, just look at the older reviews - they are consistent with my experience. You will keep this furniture forever! Please let me know what times you have to meet this week or next to discuss your project! I replied back my availability for the current week (anytime after 5). He said he wouldn't be available, let me know what my next two weeks schedule is. I said I wanted to move on this project quickly, so I offered Friday morning. He agreed and I took off work. It rained Thursday and was still a little damp in the morning. Our apt was between 9-10am. At 8, he sent me an email to cancel on account of rain. Who can't measure (and under a covered deck no less) because of rain?! That makes zero sense. Plus, it wasn't raining anymore. I immediately called him and left a voicemail. I emailed him and said I took work off for this appointment. No response. I called the office and explained what Josh said (they did not think his excuse was acceptable either). 10 minutes later, Josh said he would be a half hour late because he was working on other estimates for clients. So, let me guess: he was working already but couldn't manage to come to my place because of weather?! Hmm. When he comes, he does not apologize, nor shake my hand, and was rather disinterested in the potential new business. He measured my area in about 5 minutes, did not bring ANY samples, brochures, anything. He said that would require another appointment?! Josh then quotes me at $4500. I send him an email asking if the quote was without the special going on. He said "there is a $300 additional charge due to the limited access to the rear of the property, having to transport the concrete around multiple units to get to your lot." Mind you, the man was at my place for 5 minutes, did not notice there is an entire open lot directly behind my house and that he would have direct access to my place (aside from walking through my fence door. This man was a joke. I responded "Does your company not want the business? Your lackluster enthusiasm, willingness to meet and unpreparedness would suggest so." I called the office one more time to speak with a manager. I was told I would get a call back once the manager got back form lunch. It's been 3 days. No call. What a terrible way to do business. If I could give zero stars, I would.

He listened to my ideas and gave me his honest feedback of what he thought would look best for my area. He was very accommodating with my steps/landings I wanted done. His team came out on about the hottest day of the year (sorry guys) and they worked very efficiently. They had a team of about 8 guys who all seemed to have their own specialty. They reinforced the patio with both rebar and the mesh for the most durability. A year later, the patio is holding up well and I get a lot of compliments on it. Thanks guys!
