I did too - a delightful churro. Maybe not the best or largest I have had, but it was a bit crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. I had another cinnamon sugar pastry which was a bit softer and sweeter. I think you could get by with little to no Spanish, but this is a predominately Spanish-speaking business. Mine came with a smattering of green chiles. I wished there were more. I liked how they packed each burger with all the fixings and condiments on the side so my picky child could build it her way. Because the fair and rodeo was supposed to have taken place that week, BG's celebrated its COVID-19 cancellation by selling fair food. So we shared a big ol' plate of ribbon fries. My girls had some plain vanilla ice cream on a cone. So refreshing on such a hot afternoon. The drive-thru was closed that day because of the extra fair food trucks set up, but it's usually open when I drive by. If you'd prefer, you may also park and order at the walk-up window. Nice staff. They often sell out of donuts which include regular-sized glazed, filled, and assorted iced and cake donuts, filled Long Johns, unfilled Long Johns, bear claws, cinnamon rolls, twists, apple fritters, donut holes, and iced donuts holes. Aside from their deliciously-made assorted donuts that come in the cutest boxes, they also sell kolaches, breakfast burritos, croissant sandwiches, cold drinks, and happy birthday donuts with at least a one-day notice.
