Piper met with the parents of the bride and the hotel owner HOURS before bride walked down the aisle and Piper didn't say a word (didn't introduce herself or even say hello). Horrible representation as a business owner. For these prices - like are you insane... Wedding planner went over budget and messed up names on invitations and gave NO remedy for this. Further, we asked for a refund / some sort of compensation for the chaos that was Madeline bailing on the wedding and sending someone whose job could have been better done by a 4 year old -- NO response, we sent several emails and nothing - EXTREMELY unprofessional and we are super upset. While the intention was good, it caused some confusion among the guests and resulted in an inconsistent photo gallery (some guests were standing and some were not). It seemed like this wasn't communicated to the photographer ahead of time. While it came from a good place, better coordination would have made this moment smoother as we hoped for a more traditional bridal entrance where all guests stand as the bride enters.
