She replies with "yes of course no problem I see exactly what you are saying". It was my first time here and I was nervous but since she seemed so understanding I felt like I was in good hands. NOPE. I was in shock with how off and thin my left eyebrow turned out. Shorter and thinner not at all looking like the sister of my right eyebrow. It was BAD. So with that I am never returning here again. They charge you extra if your lashes seem "damaged" but my lashes are in great health due to using prescription serums. On top of the negative treatment and inconsistent pricing, the perm itself was mediocre. One eye is more curled than the other. The elder woman also tried to scam me by selling me a 50$ black conditioning serum, and claimed that it's way better than any other serum on the market. Stay away.

It was a bit stuffy when I first came in, but they put on the air conditioning and that helped. I put some rose water on my brows and face afterward, which was nice because a lot of places only have aloe. They don't have a rosewater which is something I enjoy. I have the lady by the name of Malti. She was polite. They also sell different eyebrow products, although I did not pick up anything; so I can't speak to that. I did not use the restroom so I cannot comment on that either. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here. Plus, it's very close to target if you need to shop and it is right next-door to a coffee bean if you want to enjoy as a delicious treat at the same time.
