First, when they installed a new handle that they said was the same one as original, it did not cover the whole outside area. So there was a white unpainted area showing. He came out in the morning within 15 minutes of my phone call (!) and had my door open in hmm 10 seconds? Paid him in cash. I was off to work within minutes.
