They take a positive effort in bringing French style to the area along with a sustainable stance. I took the French picnic class and it was well organized and delicious. There was a crew that helped bring out ingredients and equipment as you focused on the cooking element. Even cleaning up as you went along. Lots of care and detail was put into the class. On top of that everything we made was delicious.
