My husband and I (both in our late 50s) walked into this establishment looking for some Vienna souvenirs. Upon entry,
there was an older gentleman behind the counter, watching the customers.
Just after entry, there is a table with about a dozen little drawers on the side
(see other people's photos to see what I'm talking about) that look like an old card catalog. I thought it was super cute so l opened one of the drawers. The older man quickly barked "do not open the drawers!" I apologized and said I didn't see a sign that they could not be touched. I then turned in the opposite direction to look at other knick knacks. I shook my head saying nothing, to which he shouted "Madam, don't you shake your head. I wouldn't walk in your house opening drawers!!" I immediately wanted to leave due to his aggressive behavior. I told him he had lost my business to which his reply was "take your business elsewhere - I don't want
your money!" As I was just outside the door and my husband right behind me, he said "F*** YOU!" I have never
encountered a store employee as rude as he was. This employee needs to find another career path as it is clear, customer service is not his forte. read more
