Beer selection is very minimal. They need at least one to two microbrews on tap. The only micro brews were in a can. No Bueno.

Great corner bar! Staff will know you by name and what your drink of choice is after a visit or two.

Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was VERY slow. Luckily I was not in a rush. After my first experience and a few weeks later, I decided to go here for a steak dinner. I figured service would be slow, but I didn't care. I wanted good food. The burger was good the last time I was here, so I figured the steak couldn't be bad. WRONG. Ordered the Prime ribeye ($36). The ribeye quality was poor. If i had to guess, it was not prime but was more like a low quality choice steak. It was chewy. There was a big chunk of fat and it felt grisly. Honestly - if I had to guess what cut of steak it was, I would have said it was a "choice cut of chuck." (Note: I am not accusing them that it was a chuck steak, but felt like I was eating a chuck steak.) Then for dessert, I ordered the creme brulee cheese cake to go. I rarely order dessert, but I love both creme brulee and cheese cake. Back in my hotel, I opened up the desert and was disappointed. It was basically a cheese cake there they had a THICK hard caramelized sugar on top. I guess it was the caramelized sugar that mad them call it creme brulee. You couldn't eat the sugar because it was HARD. Disappointed in the dessert. I would go back there for the same burger. However, I don't think I would ever order anything else from this place. If I had to rate this restaurant, I would have given it a 4 on my first visit but a 1 on my second visit.

There is also a pool table and few arcade games! The menu is extensive with plenty of traditional bar food options and some Irish staples. Everything sounded delicious, but I opted for the Pop"s Pub burger. I figured that would be a good starting point to get a feel of how good the food is. The burger was good, but not $21.00 good. The fries were tasty ,and I really enjoyed the side salad that came with it. The burger itself came with lettuce , tomato and a house sauce (thousand island blend). The burger was cooked perfectly , and tasted pretty good. However, when you add a $10.00 IPA to the equation and throw in a tip- I was out $41.00. I didn't like my meal enough to spend that kind of money. For a burger to be this pricey, I needed more. This place seems like a cool place to chill ,watch a game, and enjoy a cold beer. I may just do that next time and skip the meal. The service was poor. Once my food was dropped off , I never heard from the lady again to check on me until she dropped off the check.

My son also specifically requested Alfredo so it's great that they have that on the kids menu! If you're tired of fast food, I highly recommend making this place your lunch or dinner stop. This visit happened to fall on Mother's Day weekend. We had reservations for both Saturday and Sunday, but we stopped in on Saturday to cancel that day's reservation since we'd already eaten lunch and knew we wouldn't be hungry by dinnertime. On Sunday, when we checked in for our reservation, I was impressed -- the hostess remembered us by name, which says a lot considering how many guests come through the restaurant. We were seated, and soon after we were greeted by Eleanor, our server. She was warm, attentive, and never made us feel pressured, which was a huge improvement from a previous visit. She answered every question I had, including how they cook a medium‑rare steak (every chef has their own interpretation, lol). She also gave an honest answer when I asked whether the vegetables used at dinner come from their greenhouse. The service felt genuine, and the food was excellent -- a much better experience than my last review. This visit was absolutely worth the return. Kudos to Eleanor and the Kitchen at The Mission.

This server definitely deserves 5 stars! Now, the food. We heard good things about the burgers. We didn't have a burger however, we had a Jamwich? I'm not sure if that's the name but it's the fried chicken sandwich with various sauces. And we also tried the santa fe grilled chicken sandwich. I'm not sure of the name on this one either. The fried chicken sandwich apparently comes with two sauces. I only saw one and asked for it on the side because I like to taste the ingredients first. Well, it come with A LOT of the other sauce - maybe a Chipotle type sauce. I mean it was drowned in the sauce. The chicken was cooked in appearance but it ate like it needed more time in the fryer. It was kind of tough to the bite. If you're a chef or cook, you know what I'm talking about. The garlic fries are basic sidewinder fries dressed with parm and garlic. The other chicken sandwich was actually more enjoyable but the fries on that one were very very subpar. They do give large portions and the food looks good in appearance. We may come back to try the burgers since that's what was recommended.
