In 1838 werd het pand een horecagelegenheid. Eerst 'Koffyhuis Belle Vue', jaren later werd dit omgedoopt in 'café Bellevue'. Op 18 januari zijn Harry en Stientje Raats in dit pand een nieuw café gestart onder de naam café-restaurant 'de Raatskelder'. In 1981 werd de zaak als eetcafé door Frans en Leny Raats voortgezet en uitgebreid tot wat het nu is: een gezellig café waar u een hapje kunt eten, een drankje kunt doen en zelfs een feest kunt geven in de zaal boven het café. Sinds 18 januari 2011 is eetcafé de Raatskelder overgenomen door Dennis Raats. Zaal 'de Feestbrouwerij' Onze feestzaal boven het café is geheel in thema ingericht.
