This company is a life saver and let me tell you why: First time I used them my employee broke the key to my shop's front door and we couldn't open up in time, I was out of town so I called John (a friend recommended him) and explained the situation. John just said: Don't worry - I'm on it! 20 min later I get a call from my store's number - it's my guy letting me know he opened up! AMAZING. If I could only hug John... If I could give 6 stars I would. I called pretty late, since my schedule is really busy and surprisingly there was an answer. The guy showed up at my place really early in the morning (as requested) and installed my new lock. I was in a rush so he promised to come again to install the second lock, he wasn't even mad at me for asking him to rush. VERY efficient clean job.
