I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

Again, I know that is part of the job, but just because the store is dead, does not mean I need to feel that I am coming close to harassment by your questions of my ability to shop alone, do what I need to do to and find what I need. The bras are kind of hit or miss. Some I love and wear often, others are cute but have these little side sticks built in the part under your armpit and kind of hurt. I find I am adjusting it or tucking my shirt under it for comfort. The staff there is great. My daughter has struggled with the right bra for was taken care of and they even let her try them on with a tank over it so they could respect her modesty. She was not comfortable standing in front of the worker with just a bra. I thought that was a nice touch. Look for sales and the clearance rack and you will be lookin cute.
