It's located INSIDE of State Theater Vintage Emporium, which is an adventure in itself. Walk in the doors, go up the stairs and its the first "big" fixture/box shop on the left. They carried everything and anything anime and Japanese from plush, figures, cards/card games to even straight from Japan video games and trinkets for Ita Bags. They even had some Pocky, Ramune and other Japanese snacks for purchase. I think we saw the owner restocking as we perused and he was very personable mentioning he could answer any questions we had. Prices were in line/if not better than ones I see at conventions and online. Overall a great place to stop if you're in the market for current or vintage Japanese goods.

I've tried an RCA to HDMI converter, and get no signal. I also bought a universal HDMI cable that has the connection that plugs into the N64, SNES, Game Cube, and Super Famicon. I get the same thing no signal. I tried an older tv with RCA jacks on it, tried the RCA cables, and nothing. I'm really disappointed as I was looking forward to some retro gaming.

The first floor has all of the gaming and comic products, while the second floor has the gaming space. Store has a pretty large selection of card and tabletop gaming items. New pull comic book selection is good, with longboxes mostly containing newer books. Graphic novels are spread across several bookshelves and the selection is good. They have a handful of other things like Pop Vinyls. Overall, Alchemist's Cove Games & Comics is arguably the best comic book shop for several surrounding counties outside of the Allentown metro area, and continues to grow. It's worth a stop when in the area.

Entrance is a little tricky to get too so park on the side near the card store and walk around to the front of the building. Upon entering we were greeted with a HUGE selection of games, everything from NES to current Xbox, PS5 and Switch. Even had some cabinet games you could try out. Behind the counter they had some harder to find titles and some tables between rows was like a mini nerd yard sale with figures, books, crafts, etc. Husband picked up a gunpla model kit from 1980s, I got pokemon pinball for my game boy and some DS games I had been looking for. Price wise was about what I expected for what I got, seemed about middle of the road. On the left side of the building is a DVD section and fairly expansive comic book selection. Husband looked over what they had but nothing really stood out, we mostly came for the retro games. Guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had about their stock and condition of the games. Stuff from horror movies, other movies, cartoons, all kinds of games (including Pokemon). Sometimes when you think of the word vintage you think of dingy or dusty. Not the case at all here. Everything looks so clean and new! There are actually some new things as well. I got the cutest keychain of a Gengar holding a Ditto! If you're a fan of vinyls, they also have a ton of those up the stairs! They also have some capsule vending machines. You get the tokens for it at the front counter. Each token is $2. The machines average about 3-4 tokens but range from 1-5. There's also a Pokemon card vending machine. Those cost only one token but you get 2 cards for it. My kids loved those!
