She asks the right questions before services are rendered. Any areas to focus on, any areas to avoid, what type of pressure, etc. She also is not overly chatty, which I LOVE! The conversation is casual, without being too much! She checks in throughout, to make sure that all is ok. She is very intuitive, as it relates to which areas need work, along the way. I called to make a appointment and left a message. I later received a text to schedule. I asked for specific dates and times of availability and hours of operation and wasn't given a clear cut answer. I then asked for availability "on my only day off that week" She responded with what about the next day, which of course was a work day for me. After a little back and forth, we figured out a date and time. Upon arrival, I was met with a closed door. I rang the bell and was approached by behind by a lady and I advised I was there for my appointment. I was let in and told to come into a room. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow. The actual massage was really good and relaxing and the location was very clean The massage therapist did at least talk to me at the end, but just to tell me to pull up my groupon, tell me about other services and wish me a good day. I booked a 110-minute Swedish massage, but my massage therapist did not seem very experienced. There were several times when the therapist simply stopped massaging for 5-10 seconds, which felt odd and interrupted the flow of the treatment. I get massages regularly from several different therapists, and the quality I typically receive is far better--and considerably less expensive. If I returned, I would definitely ask for one of their most experienced and most requested massage therapists. I also had the Glacial Facial, which I would not recommend. Ice-cold equipment was used repeatedly throughout the facial, including after products were applied. I understand that cooling is part of the treatment, but I found the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. My total was approximately $600 with tip for the massage and facial. I had a $500 gift certificate and purchased no additional products or services, yet still ended up spending another $100. The setting and atmosphere are lovely, and I may give the spa one more try with a different therapist and service. However, I'm not sure the experience justified spending $600 for a massage and facial in Cleveland.

The massage was absolutely wonderful and Jessica did a great job focusing on tension spots I had. The only negative was that I added on a scalp massage, but instead of that service being "added on" to my 50 minute massage, it was included in the same time frame, so essentially I paid extra for my 50 minute massage to stay the exact same amount of time, just massaged on my scalp instead of the rest of my body. I felt this was a little unfair and hope the company changes that policy.
