I've been to this nail salon a few times over the years. My most recent visit this past weekend shocked me a bit in regard to the cleanliness. I went for a pedicure at 10:30am on a Sunday. It was not busy at all. The floors were noticeably dirty, the wall of nail polishes were quite empty, the supplies and items in the salon seemed a bit unorganized and overly crowded. The salon itself needs some TLC - especially for the area and price point. The actual pedicure service was done well and I really liked how meticulous and nurturing the technician was. read more

So disappointed. I walked out before the girl started on my pedicure. My feet were already in the water and I asked if she'd grab me a different color because the one I wanted was behind a customer that was getting a manicure and was blocking access (they should move them and maybe (maybe) avoid this). So what does she do instead? She turns off the water, pulls my feet out and starts putting on my flip flops to go get it myself. My jaw dropped. I got up and left. The older lady up front who maybe seemed to be the manager was on her phone and earpods, I signaled to her that I was leaving because her girl was rude. The rude girl's name is LEE. I repeat, the rude girl's name is LEE. She should not be working there, these types of people will bring a business down. I really like this place. I came in as a walk-in and they were prompt and transparent about pricing. I got a gel-x manicure and gel pedicure. The staff was incredibly meticulous on my feet and hands and constantly double checked if I liked the color and shape. Truly felt like a treat as I haven't gotten my nails done in so long. The previously applied color was not effectively removed, despite my repeated attempts to identify imperfections. The nail technician was unprofessional and appeared annoyed by my concerns. Additionally, there were numerous air bubbles in the nails, and the cuticles were not removed properly. Got my nails done here and they turned out really cute. She really took her time on my nails and didn't seem rushed. I did the sport manicure and really enjoyed the hot stones with the massage. The only downfall is that the spa is located in a really busy shopping center and it was closed prettt busy. Other than that everything was good! read more

Got French tip and don't know if I love it, the color underneath isn't that nice and doesn't rly seem as though it was applied evenly. Service was very kind and very accommodating, did listen to my feedback and adjusted based on that. Might be back but not sure yet. read more

Super disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment several days ahead of time but when I showed up, I had to wait 30 minutes for the gel manicure. Before they even started they were telling me that I could get a discount by leaving them a review...before they had even done any work. They offered an additional discount if the person with me left a review when they weren't even getting a service done. It took 2 hours for a basic gel builder and single coat of polish. The tech filed my nails unevenly and left paint in my skin in multiple places. Super disappointing for the price of the service. read more

I had an awful experience. I asked if they had OPI gel polish because the price was high and I wanted to be sure I got good polish that would last longer. They seemed annoyed and then told me they couldn't find the OPI book. Then they asked if I had a specific color in mind. When I showed them the equivalent they matched it with OPI but then didn't have the matching non-gel color for my toes. They also turned off the massagers on my chair mid-massage to polish my nails because they were afraid it would mess their work up. When my toes were done they wanted to put my flip flops on right away. I accidentally lifted my foot and it smudged my big toe. They were so annoyed. They also seated me directly next to two women instead of in one of the many, many other empty chairs where it might have been more relaxing. I declined their offer of $5.00 off if I leave a good review because I've never had such an unpleasant experience in a nail salon before. It almost felt like someone was playing a joke on me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I came here to get my gel polish removed, shaped & color. They were not busy but my lady still decided to take off the gel polish the quick way- by buffing the hell out of nails. OMG, it was absolutely horrible! She buffed it so thinly that even a slight breeze made me want to ball up my fists to protect whatever nails I had left. My nails were so tortured that I opted out of getting them shaped & the idea of her painting my nails made me want to run for the hills. So I thought that she would charge me cheaper than the price since she did not do everything but she still charged me the full price. Never again. read more

The people here were nice, but our experience was not great. We found out that the reason they're so high in ratings is because they give out discounts for positive reviews. We showed up for our appointment on time, and weren't helped until about 30 minutes afterwards because there was a large party that they said was late ahead of us. The place needed a clean and updated supplies. The nails came out okay, not amazing. It was $65, which was expensive for the experience. We were most disappointed that the place was so highly rated, and just wanted others to know that it is rated because of the discount given for high ratings! Just a PSA. Hopefully someone else will have a better experience. :) read more
