For a number of years, I've had issues with dark circles and some hallowing under my eyes. After doing a good amount of research, I decided to move forward with scheduling an appointment at The Naderi Center in Chevy Chase MD, with Dr. Kulak. I had fillers injected into my tear troughs in 2019 and I was very pleased with the results. I returned to the Naderi Center in March 2023 to refresh my eyes before my birthday. Needless to say, I am once again very pleased with Dr. Kulak. She was able to quickly assess and determine what was needed to give my tear troughs a nice refresher. I especially appreciate that Dr. Kulak simply gives me what I need, and doesn't place too much volume in my troughs. As an aside, I know a few people who have (at least in my opinion), too much volume from their fillers and it doesn't look natural. Since I like the natural look that Dr. Kulak provides, I will be returning, when the filler dissolves and I need another refresher. The actual procedure took a very short time, but the great results were immediate. I have always been told that i look very good for my age, but the injections took at least 5 years off and makes me look as though I get plenty of sleep each night (which I don't). As an added bonus, I did not have any real bruising from the injections. If you are thinking about getting fillers in your tear troughs, I definitely recommend Dr. Kulak. It may seem like a simple procedure, but whenever one gets fillers or undergoes any medical procedure, it's always best to go to a very skilled physician, who can give you the results that you want. Overall, it was a great experience. Regarding the office staff... The main office staff is very professional and polite, but if I could offer any advice, I would tell the assistant (who numbed my tear troughs), not to harp on the pricing with patients. I'm not sure if that is an office policy and part of her job, but I received the information ahead of time, from the office, via text (which included the latest pricing for services/procedures). The assistant who numbed my tear troughs mentioned that the price went up and it wasn't the same price that I paid in 2019. I was aware that the price went up and didn't care. It was a non issue for me, but I did not appreciate her belaboring the point, especially since I had not asked her any questions about the pricing. read more

Primary rhinoplasty in August 2016 by Dr. Naderi to correct a deviated septum, bulbous tip, and dorsal hump. While my profile improved, I developed significant structural and breathing issues. My nostrils are uneven, with one higher and more curved, and I have near-complete obstruction on the left side due to middle vault collapse. The nose also collapses toward the right with weak cartilage support. Despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns were dismissed as swelling. Two ENTs and several plastic surgeons have since confirmed nasal valve collapse and structural weakness. read more

Idk where to begin. This doctor gave me ENS (Google it, it's terrifying) from an AGGRESSIVE Outfracture. I had to spend nearly $10,000 in treatments for it to heal some of the damage he left. This man has botched me & many other patients. And when I told him I was dealing with complications after surgery he brushed it off, said it was impossible and when I said no.. something is wrong.. & I've been looking into it.. he called me crazy And kept ending every message with "God Bless"? Idk if he was meaning that in an offense way but... He didn't have the time & couldn't be bothered. He acted slightly narcissistic. Apparently he skews & hides Google reviews. Wish I knew sooner. Because the ACTUAL reviews were buried. My nose collapses now & I have to wear breathing devices - likely because he surgically weighed down and removed my nostrils & dented my nasal bones in. Even if you are going here for JUST INJECTIONS or some other procedure, trust me he is WAY Overpriced. Your chances of Complications + Negligence after surgery are 3 x higher. Do NOT go to Naderi or any Naderi Center. Save your time, money & possibly LIFE! read more

The Naderi Center - Pardon, I rolled out of bed and went to the ENT, so I look wild but he took photos of my nose collapsing. - Plastic Surgeons Near Me - Chevy Chase, Maryland

Dr. Anderson and Dr. Naderi are both brilliant, skilled, kind and caring surgeons. I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Naderi and breast argumentation with Dr. Anderson and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I travelled from overseas to get my surgeries done with the Naderi Center for Plastic Surgery. The surgical coordinator and the medical coordinator (Darya and Breana) were so helpful and supportive. This is the first time under the knife and it was the best experience. I'm so grateful to have found the Naderi Center. read more

I went to Dr. Naderi for a Rhinoplasty- I did a google review and gave a good rating despite my complications. Which was beyond his control everyone is different. You won't know until you go through it and it was unfortunate. This two star is for my last visit. I wish could rate different categories because Dr. Anderson and her assistants were great in making sure that I was ok and comfortable during the sculptra injections. They are wonderful I cant say anything bad. I wish that the parient coordinator or the one collecting payment would have explained it in detail to make sure that I the patient fully understood the whole procedure and what it is that I paid for. I was under the impression that I was paying for 10 vials for 10 sessions and 6k would make sense considering they said you wont see much the 1st session as the skin absorbs everything. In hindsight paying for 6k for no results is crazy stupid. But evidently I did that. It was a hard lesson learned and I should have taken the time to read and ask more questions. So I definitely take a load of the responsibility. I think when you are excited and you want something a part of the brain just shuts all logic out. I was upset emotionally today and shocked when I walked out. Still trying to understand and digest what I did. Mistakes are the only way to learn and this is my 6k mistake. Lesson learned. read more

Rhinoplasty was an improvement I had wanted for over 30-years. I had several consultations with other professionals in the field in the past, but never felt in my heart that I would be in the best hands. I had followed the Naderi Center for years on social media, along with a few others who are well-known. Dr. Naderi's transparency on his YouTube videos concerning the rhinoplasty procedure, before and aftercare instructions, and most importantly to me, conducting my procedure in a legitimate surgical facility equipped to handle any unforeseen complications, made me feel safe. I decided to make an online inquiry for an in-person consultation. When I was contacted, the phone call was professional, polite, and I felt informed of what to expect upon my arrival. I was seen in the Reston office. I was immediately impressed with his office environment. The consultation went very well, the financial obligation was explained thoroughly and even after the consultation when I had a question, Dr Naderi made time for me via Telehealth to answer me face to face. I have to say everything moved smoothly thereafter. The day of surgery went very well and the staff at the surgical center had made me feel at ease. I knew I was in good hands. Being in my late 40's I knew my healing process my not be as fast as others and I normally bruise easily. Following Dr. Naderi's detailed instructions, while having them on-hand via YouTube, made me feel comfortable and at ease to heal without worry. Its only been 6-weeks since my surgery and I love my new look already! I have to retrain myself not to hide from my right side profile like I used to. I can now wear my hair back and show my elegant nose at all angles. I now feel good about myself when walking by that department store mirror and catching a glimpse of the profile I tried so hard to contour with makeup and using my hair to shield its sharpness. This has truly been a life changing experience! Thank you Dr Naderi and staff! read more

Rhinoplasty is a serious surgery that you cannot reverse if you don't like the results. I grew up hating my nose and looked into surgery for years. One year plus after surgery... I wish I would have saved the money. My smile is not the same. I still look stiff and fake. The angels of my face look off when looking from different sides. Someone told me that a good surgeon is able to incorporate minute details that show up months after your surgery (after the swelling goes down) to make the nose look natural. In my experience, Dr. Naderi gave me a basic nose that does not fit the rest of my face. In terms of customer service, I had a better experience buying a car compared to this significant procedure. I felt like his office was just in it for the money and to book the sale. During a consultation, make sure you voice your opinion and discuss realistic results. This is your face and the doctor should hear your opinion. Maybe rhinoplasty wasn't for me. I'm sure there are a lot worst surgeons out there. Before pursuing surgery, please make sure this is something you absolutely want... even if the results don't turn out how you expect. This isn't a bad haircut that will grow out in time. This is permanent. read more

I have not received a follow-up after explaining my concerns and speaking with you back in December. My issue with the stripes still on my forehead has not resolved. With all of the poor skin you speak of did not have stripes on my face. The least you could do is be honest, however considering that is a huge expectation from your business. Thanks read more

I am really happy with the services I received by Dr Naderi, he is very humble and listens to every concern and answers every question. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and I trust him with my treatments. I see doctor Naderi for my Botox treatments and I love how natural it looks and I will always keep coming back to him and recommend my family and friends to him. The office staff are very friendly and the office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The music in the background is very calming, which helps if you're a person afraid of needles or doctors offices in-general. I also enjoy following this practices social media pages and the before and after pictures are magical work! read more

Ok let me start by saying that Dr Naderi is the best and most skilled doctor! I have been going to him for about over a year and my experience has been nothing less than wonderful! There is no other doctor I would trust more than Dr Naderi. read more

I went to Dr. Naderi at the end of 2016 for a rhinoplasty, and my sister went the following year for the same. My primary complaint was being able to breathe better, but I also wanted a slight hump reduction. We went back and forth on what was possible, and I even remember stating that if there was still a slight hump I would be okay with that as long as I could breathe. Flash forward to healing/getting the cast off, and I had a slope. He said it would heal and shrink, showing less of a slope, but that never happened. A few months later I also started to notice that the left side was worse-off with breathing than before, and since then has been "collapsed" and I have to wear a breathe right strip at bedtime to be able to breathe through it. I did go back and forth with him following the realization that it was collapsing, and his "fix" was to go back in and narrow it even more, which several other surgeons told me was NOT the correct way to support the cartilage in a revision. He essentially told me that my nose was "much better than it used to be" and left it at that, though he did recommend fillers to fix the slope that he caused. I recently had a scan done for TMJ which showed a pretty bad deviation inside my nose, which makes me think the septum was never quite straightened as it was meant to be. This is what prompted me to want to write this review. My sister, who had a rhinoplasty with him only months after mine, ended up having the same issue down the line, and one side of her nose is hard to breathe out of now also. I would not recommend him at all. read more

Update. I wish I could have given zero star to this place. I wrote a previous review back in March for the bad service & treatment I received in this place. I did my botox & two types of the most expensive fillers in this place. It was exactly on March 4th , two months now. The botox started to disappear while I was told by Dr. Snodgrass that it would last 3-6 months. The Jevederm Voluma which costed me $950 p/ syringe and I had two of those to make some volume on mu upper cheecks to eliminate dark circles and the hallow under my eyes, was suppose to last for 2 years. It did't last for 2 months. smile line is still there. I didn't have a deep one, I just didn't want it to grow deeper. Dr. Snodgrass used vollure 1 syringe which costed $850. Frown line and forehead lines are coming back. When I complained in mu last visit if that is your service I won't be coming back despite that I was planning to be a client of yours. Dr. Snondgrass simply said good lick and directed her nurse to issue me a release. No appology or intention to listen to clients complains read more

Excellent service kind fast efficient and Dr Snodgrass did an excellent job will always go to her for all cosmetic needs

Cold and aloof bed-side manner is what this doctor has shown me first; lack of skill -- second (overfilled my naso-labial folds and charged me a ridiculous amount of money; also, cannulas have a purpose, do look into their use for filling under-eye hollows). He is a person with strong opinions who likes to project what you, the patient, will like or would not like after having seen you only once before. Prepare to hear what he thinks you will or will not like! Based on what one may wonder. After having done several consultations with other plastic surgeons, I saw that a good plastic surgeon does not have to be self-important or distant. I am very grateful that he is at least genuine in his distant attitude and staunch opinions based on projections. I would not recommend him. read more

I did my non surgical rhinoplasty in August 2018 and the results were FANTASTIC.. no pain, quick procedure. Loved how Dr. Naderi explained everything in detail and took before and after pictures. Recovery time was minimal (3-4 days and the swelling was gone). I would say give it at least a week to judge the final end results. I came after 6 months for touchups (even though the fillers still look good!! Im just picky). I am just disappointed that they will be increasing their fillers prices from $900 to $1200.. and touchups from $600 to $800 starting this April 2019 which is why I put 4 stars. read more

Dr. Naderi and all of his office support staff are the very best. I went in to my consultation with him looking for everything - Botox, fillers, maybe even surgery, and walked out with just a skincare routine after that first appointment. He has always urged going slow and not going overboard, and I am more than happy with the results. Since that first appointment, I have gone back had Botox injections with him twice so far and the results have been better than I could have ever imagined. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I refer everyone I know to him - and much to my surprise as a bonus, they offer a referral credit! read more

Dr Naderi is hands down one of the most skills plastic surgeons in the DC area. His staff is awesome, accommodating, and really makes sure you are satisfied hope heartedly. I decided to veer off the path of Dr Naderi once upon a time for Botox and it was a disaster. Dr Naderi brought me in ASAP (about 1-2 weeks after injection) and fixed the droopy brow that I had gotten from another surgeon. I learned my lesson and only go to him now! He listened to my concerns, and addressed them not only as a medical professional but as a human being. I recommend him to everyone!! read more

I've been going to The Naderi Center for years and have recommended them to many friends and coworkers, and I'm so glad Ava has joined them as an esthetician- she's absolutely outstanding! During my consult with her she listened to my concerns, analyzed my skin, and patiently answered my questions about products and procedures. She then developed a skin care plan for me, carefully explaining everything and has always been available to promptly answer any questions that I may have. ...Simply put, she transformed my skin. I've even been getting comments from friends and coworkers using words like "radiant" and "glowing"... I truly couldn't be happier with the results, and I'm VERY particular about my skin! Ava is professional, personable, and above all, very skilled and knowledgeable about her field, both products and the latest skin care procedures. I know I'm in good hands with her and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her- thank you Ava!! read more

I have been going to this center for a few years and had been satisfied with my skin resurfacing procedures. However, I have not gone back after my negative experience last year. I felt like I was financially ambushed at the check out after my procedure. I was under the impression that my expenses would be the same as always or at least close to the amount I had been paying. I was not prepared to take this large leap in expenses during the uncertainty of this pandemic. At the checkout, I was shocked and surprised at my high bill and sought clarification. I was told a detailed invoice would be mailed to me. I never received it and had to follow-up with the office to receive my invoice. I was put off by the way the office personnel did not see the importance of giving me my receipt and a full explanation of the services rendered. I feel like I was overcharged without being fully advised. I am left feeling dissatisfied and stuck with the sting of paying for this large bill. read more

I had tear through filler done a little over 2 weeks ago. Having it done before I was anxious to see my dark circles lightened and hallows of my under eyes plumped up a bit. The treatment was done by a regular needle method rather than cannula which I have had before. I suppose at the end of the day whichever method the practitioner is more skilled at and can achieve my desired result is the best. Although I did not find this was the case. Dr. Kulak was nice and insured me that the results would look good. She mentioned at one time that the placement of her filler would bring a nice lift to the cheeks also. ...I was slightly concerned that this is what she was focusing on more than the under eyes... About a week and a half post treatment my under eyes were VERY lumpy and I was not given any instruction on massaging them at home. Nor really any instruction on post care. I looked up online on how to get rid of lumps and I even debated on getting it dissolved. I gave it about 4 more days and constantly massaged. The lumps dissipated slightly but can still be seen at certain angles and especially when wearing makeup. My hallows are not as plumped as I have had them corrected in the past. I would have gone to my old practitioner but I no longer live in that state. I heard naderi center is one of the best was anxiously waiting to have this done. I saved up the money for months and that is the main reason why I cannot afford to have them now dissolved and redone. So long story short, under eyes look about 25% better and cheeks now have a strange pronounced look I did not want. Will not go back again. read more

I had filler in my cheekbone area and nasolabial folds with Dr. Kulak, and I have to say she did a great job! The price was very reasonable as well, because I got it done during the month of my birthday so got their birthday discount. I have been seeing Dr. Jessica Kulak for over a year now. Saying she is a master with injections doesn't even cut it. She's a magician and truly has a talent and gift when it comes to perfecting lips! I had made an appointment to see Dr. Kulak for another round of fillers and woke up with a super hideous cold sore a few days before my appointment! So worried and knowing this would most likely push my appointment back further I called her office. With the help of her amazing staff they took the time to contact Dr. Kulak so the correct steps could be taken. They sent a prescription over to my pharmacy ASAP. I was happily surprised to know my appointment was going to be rescheduled for the following week! (Dr. Kulak is very busy and her schedule can get full quickly! -SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT!) Whether it's dealing with Dr. Kulak or her outstanding team my expectations are always exceeded! Thank you thank you! read more
