They provided 3 different options for the tacos: 1) adobo grilled chicken, 2) beef barbacoa, and 3) chili lime cauliflower. I was fortunate to get to try all three, and surprisingly the one I liked the most was the cauliflower. My close second favorite was the chicken. Both the real meat options were good, but I would say the meat was a little more dry than I would ideally expect. For the side, we got to choose one of 3 options: rice, beans, or elote (which is a classic Mexican street food of corn on the cob charred on the grill, then slathered in a spicy and creamy chili, garlic, and Cotija cheese-spiked sauce).
