The salt flowing into the air definitely seemed to ease my allergy symptoms and I felt like a million bucks afterward. If you taste your skin on your hand or arm after, you'll be super salty! Walking into the cave is amazing. I love the way it looks and the way the salt feels underfoot. Once the door closes, the lights in the cave - including twinkling "stars" on the ceiling - are almost hypnotic to watch. What a purely enjoyable 45 minutes. I recommend this to everyone i know who wants to relax, unplug and just breathe for a while. Extremely restorative and peaceful! I can't wait to visit again.

Cindy made sure I had proper supports for laying down, and used a body pillow to hug while lying on my side when it was time to do my back. The chakra balancing was something I had never participated in before, but the other ladies knew about it. I thought it was a memorable experience to connect us together as a group and center us. There is a little, but not crowded parking lot in back where I was able to find parking both times I went. They also will cover street parking. Inside it is clean, peaceful, and well decorated. Suzi Wilkoff who I saw was spectacular! She does The Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (for fertility and other benefits) and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (for structural optimization). She is very kind and thoughtful. She also is a teacher at heart and freely shares a multitude of resources for her clients. You feel safe while you are there and come out feeling well cared for which is important, especially if you are struggling with something as discouraging as fertility struggles or persistent body aches. Her art is a little unusual (don't go in expecting a regular massage), but highly beneficial. Inner Connections is perhaps a fitting word because I felt like she gave me the inner tools to find my own path to healing. Not all practitioners are so generous. Though a blink of an eye, my visits there will not quickly be forgotten.

They offer a variety of services (seriously check them out), I have personally done reiki with Keeley. I didn't fully know what to expect but I can say it was a life changing experience. The energy movement combined with the oils Keeley chose to work with truly changed my perspective on past traumas and helped me find the compassion (for myself and others) I had buried deep down. All of this in addition to being deeply relaxing. Since my reiki session I have seen impacts on my daily life, approaching difficult conversations/situations from a calm and clear space. Finding a deeper trust in my intuition/gut/whatever you choose to call it. I've been able to stop and reframe negative or historical thought patterns in their tracks before they can take over my whole day. I am already excited to schedule another session and would recommend Kindered Collection and Keeley's reiki practice to absolutely everyone.
