I called to schedule an appointment and left a message. It took a week for her to text me (not even…read morecall) and she started the conversation off with something about not accepting groupons right now. I did not say anything about having a groupon in my voice mail so I told her I didn't understand why she would say that to me. Anyways I ended up scheduling and it was scheduled for 2.5 weeks later on 9/29/2020. On the morning of my scheduled appointment I received a text saying she needed to reschedule and to let her know I received the message. I responded and asked to reschedule twice on Tuesday and once again today and have not heard anything. If you are interested in getting a massage I do not recommend contacting this company. They obviously do not care nor want/need the business. I would give less than one star but that isn't an option.

My own personal make-up is to find methods of cleansing and/or detox which have almost zero massage involvement. Cataldi has provided me with two sessions and I come away feeling rejuvenated over 24 - 72 hours after procedures. I manage to go through seeing colors, images and feeling vibrations in an eyes-closed setting on a comfortable massage table. Reiki treatment isn't for everyone but it works for me.
