But it's a long ways to go . Really think if you want to live here . Yes they do have a lot of problems . More ways then one . Our family has lived here for 12 years gone through 2 management this is the third the first one was awesome. Second took a awhile to get things fixed now this one comes in like a roaring lion looks great and friendly . The manager Alexis nice but she expects your apt to look spotless no clutter well we have containers from second management from spraying but nice and neat . She said can't have. Not even in bed rooms. We where given 10 days notice to get ride of or eviction then a note that they where going to spray our apt and several others and had to put stuff from bed room to living room . They came in to do it and she said we where in violation of the 10 day she gave us its a catch 22 also my husband is disabled HAS rights and my son disabled and his wife and two kids lives with us in a three bed room dr appt and procedures its hard to do stuff but our place is clean no trash . So how are we in violation if we are doing what was asked to spray as well as the other apt . I don't get it . It's 12 years of living nice and neat . And my son just got a letter handed to him from the maintenance man cause my son caused at her and in front of the spray people and that was in violation of our lease which I am the only one on cause I have a copy which was signed in Nov.. she is telling us how to live in our own place .
