As an American in Paris I thought it would be difficult to find a sports bar with any NFL game (previously lived in Spain and this was impossible). We went to The Moose and they were showing all of the NFL games that were available that day in a great atmosphere. I love living in Paris, however sometimes you do miss being in a sports bar watching the NFL and eating wings. This place delivers and the energy is high. We've made a lot of friends here who are French and into the NFL too which has been great. I'd highly recommend as the food and atmosphere are great!

Came into The Moose in search of a TV showing the English Premier League games! Thankfully this restaurant/sports bar has ample TV's and a pretty cool American sports bar atmosphere in the middle of Paris. The Moose is actually a Canadian bar but you'll find many Americans in there and English speaking staff. The night I visited they had multiple sports playing throughout the restaurant from British soccer to NCAA football and all sorts of fans cheering for their teams. We had come from dinner but ordered some wings and an order of the Canadian classic, Poutine! Wings were ok, nothing too great but a nice snack to munch on over the game. Not sure why I ordered the Poutine as both times I've had it I've been equally disgusted, just not for me. If you're not familiar it's basically a pile of French fries with cheese curds and gravy smothered all over it. The food was not great but The Moose was a lifesaver for me in providing a place to watch my beloved Liverpool beat Arsenal 5-1!!!

    Quebec poutine. Soooo tasty

Super super friendly people!!! This has a home feel vibe to it. I felt very welcome from the minute I walked in. Awesome beer selection however, I'd say get the aperol spritz. One of my favorites! They even put a dehydrated lime slice just for the extra touch. Had appetizers and poutine. You really can't go wrong either way! I wish I had time to come back and get a burger because each time I saw one I thought, "wow that looks amazing" Should out to the staff! Especially nick. Thank you for being awesome, friendly and welcoming! Will totally tell all of my friends about you.

Classic poutine-the curd cheese is not like back home tho

Canada day at the moose was crazy! At first Glance it was super packed but by the back there was seats no AC blowing on you only at the bar of course. Waitress were English of course so that was cool. Lots of looks because I was wearing my Canada day tshirt from Paris folks I guess if u don't like Canada don't come to a Canada bar lol All in all it was a nice hour out for Canada day,

    1/2 eaten wings.

American sports bar in Paris!! We were in Paris and wanted to watch American football game. We found this place and were skeptical at first because the food pictures (sorry). Anyway.... decent wings and fries. Good atmosphere, good margaritas and friendly service.

A Canadian bar in the heart of Paris. This is your typical sports bar, with Canadian sports, especially hockey, playing continually on the numerous TV screens. The waiters and bartenders are all bilingual, many of them themselves Canadian or American. The food is a combination of your typical American food - hot wings, hamburgers, and the like, and typical Canadian food - they seem to have every variety of poutine imaginable. I got a gigantic cheeseburger, which came with a delicious mayonnaise-y sauce, sprouts, roasted red peppers and sauteed mushrooms at no extra cost. Very, very tasty. They have happy hour beer specials, and reasonable prices overall, but this is not the place to go if you're looking to enjoy a good glass of wine. They only have one white, one red and one rose. Sports bars aren't my thing, but if they're yours, you should definitely give it a try.

Come here to drink beer (I recommend Strange Brew), hear English, and watch sports (American football, baseball, etc.) if you must.

I needed somewhere to watch some soccer and was walking around and stumbled upon Le Sous Bock. Well. Every other bar/brasserrie was showing the games in French which was ok because I can speak the language but I wanted to hang out with english speaking people. Le Sous Bock was actually showing the game in English and the place was packed. Started coming back here almost every day afterwards to have a beer or two or three. The waitresses here were pretty and had english accents. Not really Irish ones but hey, I'm sure a frenchman wouldn't know the difference. Never actually tried the food but they have your classic Irish grub which was not really that appealing to me when there are french sandwich/baguettes close by which are delicious. The atmosphere is a little dark but the people in there are friendly.

Right off the bat, the bouncers were incredibly rude, it seemed like none of them wanted to let us into the club and kept adding requirements and fees before they let us enter. Compared to other clubs and bars in the area, it was not a friendly atmosphere and we were not made to feel welcome. We did not feel comfortable having alcoholic drinks because we did not feel safe or that the staff would prioritize our best interests, and while there were many bouncers we in no way felt protected and we were consistently talked down to by them. After several terrible interactions we decided to leave, at which point they acted surprised that we weren't enjoying ourselves. We made a point of reaching out to a manager which is when we met Julien, and while he agreed that we weren't intoxicated or causing any problems he was not willing to address the issues we brought up. We wanted to make it clear that we went there fully intending to spend money and that it was due to the actions and abrasive behaviour of his staff that we did not which he did not seem to care about. We have never been treated so poorly by an establishment, and it left a bad taste in our mouths for the evening. I would never recommend anyone go here, and in fact, would warn people to stay away. The following day we began reading reviews and realized that this was not an isolated incident and that similar encounters have been happening to potential patrons for many years. After speaking to some locals we found out that the club has a reputation for being problematic, and that the people who work there do so because they know they can do whatever they want and still get a paycheck with no risk of repercussions for poor behaviour. Through their lack of action, they have shown that they do not care about the concerns involving their patron's safety and do not intend on making any changes.
