Since our first emails exchanged with each other, Dani has been nothing short of incredibly helpful. She helped us make sure we had a wedding videographer package that was both what we wanted and the right budget for us. As a same sex couple as well, Dani has made us feel nothing but absolutely comfortable the entire way through. Since I was coordinating our own wedding too, Dani was so helpful in offering to show up to our rehearsal dinner to give us some pointers on blocking and the choreography of it all! Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts we weren't able to do this, but it was very nice of her to offer to do so! On the day of, she worked great together with our photographer to capture all the wonderful moments. Since we booked her for a shorter time period, she even reminded us that we still needed to do our first dance so she could capture that too! We didn't have to wait too long for our video since we got married pretty early in the season, and she captured our wedding so beautifully. We were amazed by the how great she made everything look, and so happy with the wonderful music selection she chose to go with it. Another great note, when we showed this video to our family and friends, they didn't even know that we had a videographer there (let alone that there were two of them)! Dani was so great in capturing the moments naturally that she blended right in with our crowd! With how expensive weddings could get, we originally weren't sure whether we wanted to have a videographer there, give cameras to multiple people to capture the moments, or just go without it all together. Words cannot describe how happy we are with how everything turned out, and it is no surprise why Pixel Dust Weddings has won so many awards. Just watch one or two of the videos on her webpage, and you'll fall right in love with her just like we did.

Most importantly, we have stunning videos from our best day ever that we can watch anytime (let's just say the actual day was a bit of a blur!) and since we had a very small wedding due to Covid, this was a wonderful way to share our celebration with friends & family who couldn't be there in person. If you're debating getting a videographer or working with Dylan - don't hesitate!! It was absolutely worth it and he's amazing and easy to work with.

He is very responsive and informative. We scheduled an initial phone consultation and ended up booking Reid for our wedding. Close to the day of, Reid made sure to follow up with us several times. This put us at ease. Reid promptly showed up at the venue with his 2nd videographer, Joel and introduced himself. He was like an old friend. Reid is professional, easy to talk to, work with, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Not to mention, he worked quite well with our photographers. He and his partner were also quite helpful throughout our wedding when our day-of coordinator was nowhere to be found. We were very surprised at the quick turnaround with all the videos. We really enjoyed the highlight, the longer video, and the ability to download snippets of all the videos he took. There were so many little events we didn't see or notice. Photos of our special day are one thing but adding video really captures the day. Reid is active on his social media accounts. I highly recommend following him on his Instagram because it's amusing to watch him journal the day's events leading up to our wedding -- from him getting gas, to coffee, to the traffic he dealt with, etc. I highly recommend Reid!

I was very impressed with his professionalism and assistance, as well as with the time he took to discuss my custom situation. He was happy to help with my task--I didn't actually want to hire a live videographer, I just wanted to pay someone to show me exactly how to create a terrific setup in my home office with tripods and mics and a lighting kit. Not only was Keith game to help, but he gave me loads of free advice on the phone and he was willing to charge a very reasonable rate to come on site and show me how to do everything myself, so I could set things up for a great shot each time I recorded. Plus, he gave me equipment tips and was willing to vet my purchases before I spent loads of money on the wrong A/V equipment. After all that, one of my clients offered to barter her videography for my online dating coaching, so I didn't end up needing to hire Keith. Honestly, I was kind of bummed! He seemed so cool to work with, and he was just so prompt and on top of things, too. As a small business owner, I often find that it's difficult to wrangle creative types and get timely responses, so it was extra impressive to me that Keith was more organized about my project than I was. :) I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat if I hadn't found a free videographer, and I'll recommend him to anyone looking for videography help, of any type!

Like seriously I think I researched around 70 different videographers (yes, I know). When my partner and I originally decided to invest into documenting our day with video, we wanted to make sure we picked the right videographer to capture everything and create a fun, exciting video that we would love to watch over and over. And, most importantly, we needed a videographer that we trusted so we weren't stressed about video on the day of the wedding. We were SO HAPPY that Emerald Media was available on our wedding date when we reached out to them - we didn't have a backup option in mind! At first my partner was a little bit worried that there would be too many people around us throughout the day (two videographers plus two photographers that we'd also hired) but honestly, Tamara and Lindsay did such a great job of blending into the background that we hardly even noticed them during the wedding and reception. They delivered the social media preview while we were on our honeymoon and we LOVED watching it - over and over! They did a perfect job of capturing the energy of our day. We were so excited to get the rest of our videos: the highlight film as well as the ceremony, toasts, and dances!! We had some follow-up requests and they've been super accommodating and easy to work with, which we really appreciate! My partner and I are really happy that we hired Emerald Media as our wedding videographer and would highly recommend them to any couples looking for wedding videography!

Austin has a true artistic eye as well as the warmest heart! From the first conversation he was such a pleasure to work with. He even flew all the way from Seattle to Santa Barbara for our wedding and stayed late so he could capture footage of us on the beach that he knew would be beautiful in the film. We chose to do private vows because I am very shy and wanted that moment to be a beautifully intimate moment between my husband and I but Austin made us feel so at ease that we let him tape it and oh my goodness am I glad I did! We got married in Maui and Ben flew out to capture our days. I said days in this case as we had asked Ben to film a sunrise session and he was all up for it! Note that this session is the morning after our wedding (it seemed like a good idea during the planning phase - not so much when we had to wake up super early from an already long day before:) ) and Ben stayed about an hour away from where we were shooting. We met at 5am which meant he got little to no sleep the night before. But he was very energetic and enthused on the shoot. The day before the sunrise shoot was our wedding day, and he was there from the beginning (9am was when we started for the traditional tea ceremony and we ended at 10pm). So it was quite a long day! And it was hot! Every time and everywhere we looked, we see Ben hard at work. So we knew all the special moments on our big day was captured. He's a one man show, but he's super fast and his work ethics is very commendable. We highly recommend Ben to capture your special occasion! 10 stars on yelp if we could!
