As I had the complementary fitting, the lady assured me they had a bra my size with a cotton lining, however I could tell by looking at the fabric that it was not cotton, it sorta looked like cotton. Had this appeared to me an honest mistake, and had she apologized, I would have been more forgiving, but clearly didn't know, or more likely knew and didn't care. Two: Yes products are expensive, and yes the quality is reasonably good, but I got sick of hearing: 'It's European you know.' I recognize that some good quality dry goods are produced in Europe, and I know that these will be on the high end price range, but the attitude of these two ladies just made me wonder if I should be there because I don't drive a Mercedes. When one of them found a suitable bra that they could order, I did question the $150 price tag, but I will never buy from there again. I don't know what they did for sizing, but this is the most uncomfortable bra that I have. She assured me it would last forever. No question there because I only wear it when everything else is dirty, then I can't wait to get it off.

This place carries a good selection of high end lingerie. They stock some of my favourite European brands and introduced me to a few fun new lines that I wasn't yet familiar with. Between this place and Le Boudoir further down Water St, there's absolutely no excuse to be walking around in boring lingerie. Whether you want to drop the dough on a well made set (and you should, it's definitely worth it), at least pop in here and get a proper fitting. The folks are super friendly and you'd be amazed by how wrong your current sizing may be. You can find just about any type of knitting and weaving material here, as well as all the extras. It's a great place for knitting newbs, too.
