I was pressured by…read morethe sales person to leave my antique engagement ring and have it sent to Aberdeen Ave which was suppose to take two business days. My ring ended up in Montreal and was going to take 3-4 weeks. I cancelled the quote still had to wait a week for it to come back as they couldn't accept packages during the midnight maddness sale. So disappointed. I'd rather pay much more for the service elsewhere than give business to a company that doesn't know the difference between 2 days And 3-4 weeks.

The top two stories also house independent small businesses, so definitely check those out. There is a specific way to change the battery in my watch that is different from most watches. When I go in I always make a point to inform them of this so the back of my watch doesn't get damaged by their tools. Michael himself suggested that I do this wherever I bring my watch the very first time I brought it in to their store. And I've done this ever since. Excellent service!
