That's how good they are or that's how much we go there (twice this month alone). This weekend was the point that I decided to put in a review because of the people there. We usually rent a pontoon boat with a tube and have a BLAST! But even this weekend Jenna even rode by on a waverunner and asked if everything was ok while we BBQ'd on a beach. And it was, it's great to get that attention from a place that if I am not mistaken is family owned. But long story short everyone here is cool, from the rental desk to the people on the dock, to the guy directing traffic by the office. I'll be back here again many many more times to come. Also most likely at least once more this season alone. Worth the drive from Chicago!

Ok Buy Felicia we are locals and we will never be back or recommend ever!! I have never been so poorly treated But after seeing other reviews, looks like this is their normal worst custom for service?! I do believe that a company would be so snotty and rude out of the gate!! Wow just wow!! This place is awful!!

I would definitely recommend Redbeard bow fishing tours. This was an exceptional experience.

They were…read moresimilar, but Castle Rock's was slightly larger, and I'm told it has a nicer bottom, not as mucky as Mirror Lake. I wouldn't know for sure, though, since I didn't go in the water. I'm not a beach person, but my friends are and I wanted to be with them. I liked laying out on under the shady trees near the beach and watching the activities like a family group dragging out giant float after giant float (a camel, a rocker, a unicorn, a shark, etc.). They got them in the water, and then they promptly tipped them over whenever anyone in the family got on top of one. There were some friendly dogs there, but they weren't allowed on the beach, so one sadly got tied to a stake in the grass and had to watch their family have all the fun from a distance. Another cute 2-year old dog cried anytime anyone came near it, you could tell it wanted to play, but it's owner was an elderly gentleman who just wanted to sit in a chair and look at stuff (kind of like me). Maybe it's just me, but I would never bring my pet anywhere fun on vacation and then ignore it for hours. Anyway, it's a very crowded place on a beautiful summer day and if you like crowds and people-watching, this is the place for you. Lots and lots of people on the water boating, paddle boarding, swimming, etc. An ice cream truck came around a couple of times, there was volleyball nearby. My friends and I brought our bocce set and played a round. Nice mid-day outing.

I was visiting my mom and wanted to get the kiddo and I out of the house. I wanted to go to…read moreWisconsin Dells but didn't want to do a water park so I let the kiddo be the fun coordinator. She looked at a bunch of stuff and picked Asgard Axe Throwing. Not for the axes but for the unlimited arcade in the basement! Located off what I'd guess to be downtown Dells on Oak St, Asgard is pretty easy to find. It's next to the fire department and there's a metered parking lot directly across the street. We got there when they opened so we purchased our cards at the bar upstairs. $20 for an hour or $25 for unlimited. No brainer. Gimme unlimited! The arcade is not the biggest but it's mighty! Driving games, pinball, rifle games and retro. The Mario Kart and Big Buck hunting cabinets were standouts. And everything worked perfectly. I can say we beat X-Men in two different states! We were there for about two hours and played everything we wanted multiple times. It never got busy when we were there. We had a great time at the Asgard Underground Arcade. The $25 unlimited is definitely the way to go if you're there. Even if it gets a little busy, chances are there's something you'll want to play while you wait for another game to open up. Check it out. Highly recommended!
