I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. This was my second time visiting Stetson Hall as well as the second SSTW production I have seen. Stetson Hall is located in the heart of Randolph. A historic building set at the four corners of North Street, S Main Street, Union Street, and N Main Street. The building is handicapped accessible with a working elevator to the second level. The bathrooms are also handicapped accessible. There is plenty of parking and an entrance on S Main Street and Union Street. There is also a large parking lot next door should it become necessary. As an audience member, there is not a bad seat in the house. The seating is typical banquet hall seats. They are not terribly comfortable however. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion. The production itself was wonderful. As I mentioned this was the second SSTW production I had the privilege of viewing and I loved every minute of it. I was at Stetson Hall as a photographer to cover an Indian Wedding. I would assume that it is not…read moreas expensive as a Marriott or a Four Season's hotel but the place is fine for a wedding if you are in a budget. Secondly, it is a historic place. Thirdly, it is big. The indian wedding I covered has 250 guests and I didn't feel that it was crowded. There is a stage where you can put the presidential table or DJ and there is a mezzanine at the back which overlooks the reception floor. (See attached pictures.) As to the formal photo shoot, there is a park with a gazebo 3 minutes away from Stetson Hall. But with this wedding I covered, the bride chose to do the formal photo shoot in a friend's house in Stoughton. But I see no problem of doing the formal photo shoots in Stetson Hall itself. I think the bride hired her caterer and her own dj. So most probably, you just get the hall when you rent it. I think the caterer hired was also the one who decorated the hall as they were the ones fixing the tables with decorations. I would recommend Stetson Hall for a bride who is in a budget. But all in all, the guests had a lot of fun as they hired a DJ plus an indian drum crew. I give Stetson Hall a 4 star. It is conveniently located too in the South Shore.

Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. For any of my friends planning weddings at a less conventional venue or just want more support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Without a Hitch, and more specifically Allison!

This was our second wedding with this vendor and honestly it was worse than the first…read more The dhol player just left even though we'd arranged for him to keep playing inside the venue. The DJ said he'd escalate it to Rishi, but we never heard anything back or even got an apology. Setup was also a mess -- Rishi told us on our call they'd start around 7am - 7:30am, but when we got to the venue around 8am nobody was there yet. The DJ texted later saying he'd arrived, but that was well past 8. Because of this the Baraat got delayed and had to be cut short. Energy the whole time was flat. You could barely hear the music during the Baraat in our videos, and the DJ didn't really try to hype up the crowd at all. The monogram was another headache -- we were told 2-3 weeks and kept getting "don't worry, it's coming." We asked multiple times to see options before picking one, but instead we were basically forced into accepting the test version they sent over the day before the wedding, with no real chance to choose. I made basically the same design myself with AI in under an hour, so I don't know what the holdup was. On top of all that, communication was a constant struggle. We sent our song list with timing ahead of time and were still getting asked what to play and when on the actual wedding day. Overall one of the worst vendor experiences we've had, especially for a day that's supposed to be stress-free.
