I can't recommend Chris Mich enough! I've been working with him every few months for over a year and a half. He is incredibly patient, kind, and smart. I'm not a total techno-phobe but as a senior, I am definitely in need of Chris's ability to meet me where I am. We have worked on organizing files and folders, saving my photos, clearing out old passwords and other security issues, and more. We're not done yet but we're getting there! Chris always sends a summary of what we accomplished and a to-do list for in between sessions, should you so desire. He is extremely patient, and if I'm having trouble understanding what he has told me, he will find other ways to teach me what to do to make things work.
