On my most recent visit we got 2 appetizers, two entrees (one was steak with shrimp add on), 3 desserts, and 5 cocktails for $250 which was not outrageous. Portion sizes are great. Food is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We have sat on the restaurant side a few times but normally sit in a booth on the bar side. There is also a small patio off the bar in good weather. Bartenders are friendly and engaging. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only reason I knocked it a half star is the service on the bar side can be slow or feel forgotten about sometimes but it just depends on the time of day and if the bartender is having to do double duty or if they have dedicated wait staff in that area.

We then ordered an entree and more wings because we were hungry. Did another dozen wings in the buffalo sauce. Our waitress, Kalidawn, reiterating the wings were 2 orders. Didn't make sense but it did in the end as she was trying to separate the orders as "half orders" to charge more? When in reality, it was the same buffalo flavor for the dozen wings so it wasn't a "half order". Really? You're going to do all of that to get you an extra few dollars? She was already rude, dismissive, and bothered from the beginning. We try to look past these things but she was truly excessive. It's like she wanted to make a statement and hated that we weren't regulars. We ended up getting sick after eating here. The service was beyond disappointing and the food sucked, but we also got sick which was the cherry on the cake. We will never be back and hope others think twice. And to find out, Kalidawn is the manager at the restaurant. So don't even bother trying to complain about her horrible HORRIBLE service and attitude. Being charged $7 for 4 pieces of thin bacon without any prior indication of cost felt uncomfortable and unexpected. Transparency in pricing matters, especially at those rates. My wife ordered a scramble, and unfortunately, it was presented as an open faced mound of eggs placed on top of meat, cheese, and what were labeled as home fries. The potatoes were deep fried and did not resemble home fries in texture or preparation. Presentation aside, the overall execution did not reflect the quality we anticipated. I say all of this respectfully, but firmly: based on this experience, there is not a realistic possibility that we would return. When a restaurant displays a food rating publicly, customers naturally assume a certain standard. After our breakfast this morning, I can understand how that rating may have been earned. To credit the staff, they grudgingly refunded the amount of our meal, and were testy about our complaints. They seemed to not care because they said "if you ever decide to come back again" which shouldn't ever be said to any customer. We make the choice to come, and we felt like the restaurant is trying to cut costs through using cheaper ingredients. In this case, a lot of poorly cooked and soggy potatoes. We were not impressed. Maybe the other items on the menu are much better? Scrambles had their own box on the menu, and seemed to be their signature dishes. A lot less potatoes would be a major improvement. Better yet, hearing feedback from customers and acting on it, even better. Most of the fixes are simple. Adjust the ingredients. Everything needs to be served much hotter! The blueberry muffin arrived barely warmed, too dry and without any butter. I felt the whole dining experience could have been much better.

The pork belly was a little dry and not worth the price for just three pieces. The thick cut truffle fries were very good however. We also tried the bucatini and it was nice but still I wanted a little more kick. It has spice but just needs a little something to punch it up. The steak sandwich two of the three of us sharing a meal loved and I'd say was the best thing we ate. The service staff was kind, considerate and gave us time and made sure our drinks were filled. There are still a lot of dishes I'd like to try and since I loved the area, it would be worth coming back again.

By 3:00 PM, we were famished, which made it all the more disappointing to discover our food was cold, soggy, and hard. For a restaurant advertising a "farm-to-table" concept, the eggs, salad, croutons, and muffin felt entirely mass-produced.
