I recently moved to Benton and was excited to try a new local restaurant. I visited the Mighty Crab in Benton, AR, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be deeply disappointing. The restaurant was in a state of disarray, with food and trash littering the floor--a clear slip hazard--and several tables left dirty. After waiting for five minutes, our waitress, Aub, took our drink order. We were ready to place our food order by then, so we did. However, 45 minutes passed with no check-in, no water refills, and no silverware. It felt as though Aub had vanished entirely. We observed other patrons receiving their orders and leaving while we were completely neglected. Out of frustration, we asked another server for water, and she kindly assisted us. Ten minutes later, this same server, along with the hostess, approached our table and informed us that our food needed to be remade because Aub had been sitting in the office for quite some time. This revelation was delivered without empathy, understanding, or any offer to rectify the situation. At that point, we decided to leave. This experience not only reflected poorly on the waitress but also demonstrated a serious lack of management oversight. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone until these issues are addressed. read more

Mighty Crab Plus did not live up to the hype I'd seen all over social media. The food was just okay and not very impressive, especially compared to other seafood spots. I've had much better seafood elsewhere, so my expectations were higher going in. The service was the only positive part of the experience. Our waitresses were friendly, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the food itself just wasn't on par with the buzz or reviews I'd seen. I can say I've tried it, but it's not a place I would return to. read more

I had a great experience at Mighty Crab The food was delicious, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. My server, Jose, provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of. He was attentive, friendly, and made the overall dining experience even better. Great food and great service make all the difference. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Mighty Crab to anyone looking for a good seafood meal. Ask for Jose if you visit! read more

The food is wonderful. I highly recommend the garlic butter sauce. This is one of our family favorite restaurants and we go frequently. The servers are very attentive and do frequent check backs. The ambience is dim lighting and low playing music. It is easy to carry on a conversation over dinner and not be too noisy. We 10 out of 10 recommend! Also on the back of some Kroger receipts, you will find a coupon for buy one entrée get one free. read more

We had a wonderful meal there tonight! I had king crab and lobster and my husband had salmon from the hibachi. It was absolutely delicious! The servers and staff couldn't be nicer and the whole restaurant has a kid-friendly feel to it. They even have a photo area for the kids. We'll be taking my grandson there soon. If you are passing through Benton I highly recommend Might Crab Plus! It's my new go to restaurant! read more

the first time we ate here service was great and so was the food. Today my husband was halfway through his meal before I got mine. The boiled shrimp was good but cooked a bit too long. we will go back at some point but not for a while. we spent a lot of money for a meal that we were not totally happy with. the restaurant has not been open long so I am sure they are still figuring things out. read more

Our first time here, we didn't have high hopes ... but it was their first week being ope and everyone is entitled to a second chance. Since then, we have been back several times and the service keeps getting better and better with each visit. If you haven't given them a chance, you're definitely missing out! Also, Stephanie was a fabulous waitress! Ask for her by name if you get the opportunity! read more

The service here is amazing, it has me confused on why it was so empty. My server was Zaniyah and she knew the menu and was able to help us decide what we wanted to eat very easily. The food was also delicious and very fresh! Hopefully this place starts to get the recognition it deserves. read more

The food is fantastic & the service is great. Ambiance is really cute, & the restaurant is squeaky clean. Full bar opens imminently & I can't wait! Easy on/off the 30 freeway. Don't trust the posted hours- right now it's showing it's closed as we're sitting here eating at 5:08pm. read more
