The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer.
