Yeah! Burgers b*tch! Have you had enough chicken from Los Pollos Hermanos? Are you ready to throw…read moreyour pizza on the garage roof? Is lunch time getting too much that you feel like you're lost in the desert without your pants and an idiot for a sidekick? If you're smart and you know the difference between a rock and some minerals you'll get down to Burgers Anonymous and get addicted to what Walter and Jesse have cooked up for you here. Stumbled by this place completely by accident as DonDons was full we were drawn to here like MAGNETS! Cash flow was low, you know yourself money buried in the desert and all.... Anyways we saw the menu outside and it got our attention straight away. One thing I like is a place that has small amount of variety but does that small amount exceptionally well. I hoped that would be this place.... It WAS this place. We had the Heisenburger and I think it was the Eazy E I had (the basic one) with added american cheese and cracked bacon and let me just say if you do one thing here it's add the cheese and bacon. Both landed on our table and lasted 1 minute and 30 seconds at best (that's what she said, wahey!)... Delicious, sensational 99% pure! The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because we just had the burgers with no fries. As I was on a budget bacon and cheese fries might have stretched it out a little bit, it's not cheap if you add the extras but it is very very good. I will be back to try the bacon fries and hopefully give this place the five stars I'm confident it deserves. Is this a burger place for you to try out? You're goddamn right..... Ding! Ding! Ding!

Just got back to Sydney and figured it was time to try the new kid on the block, Burgers Anonymous…read more The outfit here is thematically Breaking Bad with a hip hop soundtrack, so you obviously can't go wrong here. Their selling point here is the beef they use, which hails from Hunter Valley Premium Meats and is their own blend of Angus Sirloin. Sirloin is typically a more expensive cut with less fat and in my opinion, makes for a far better steak than a burger patty, but we can see what's up. I opted for the Heisenburger because it's a double and has the crack bacon (double smoked, triple glazed.) Double beef patty, bacon, double American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, BA sauce The food came pretty quick and the burger looked great. The crack bacon is aptly named cause it is the perfect blend of sweet and savoury. The BA sauce is pretty great, but they could have added a little more, and the rest of the toppings besides the cheese were more of an afterthought. The patties are pretty damn tasty, cooked just right and seasoned very well, the downsides are it could have been juicier (more fat) and they could have been bigger as they were on the thin side. The bun is probably the biggest let down for this burger which would otherwise make this burger awesome. It's a milk bun that holds it all together but it's dry and at some points so airy that it's a little chalky, which really brings the burger down. If the bun could be improved this burger would be dope as, as well as more BA sauce.

I was first alerted to this momentous dining experience by an American friend who sent me a video of the action. I went to try it on a Saturday night. The spot doesn't take reservations, except for parties of seven or more and on the last Sunday of every month, and it was already packed with a two-hour wait by the time I walked up. With timely obligations, I had to leave but vowed to come back again. It turns out, Buffalo Dining Club is a perfect place to visit for lunch on a Wednesday, around 12:30 p.m. There were plenty of seats, though be warned much of it is communal in this hip restaurant that seats around 50 people altogether. If you're a twosome on the patio, chances are good you'll be rubbing elbows with your neighbor, and a substantial long table takes up much of the space in the dining room. Cheese lovers will adore Buffalo Dining Club, which imports mozzarella from Italy and has an amazing burrata appetizer ($22 AUD). The giant hunk is melt-in-your-mouth goodness with every bite. The cacio e pepe ($20), or spaghetti with salt, pepper, olive oil and parsley twirled in a massive wheel of pecorino cheese, is gooey and flavour-packed. The show is even better, as a server flashily spins the pasta for amazed eyes. The gnocchi ($20) is also top-notch, delightful pillows of buffalo ricotta dough with napolitana sauce. Getting the items mentioned and sharing makes for a perfect meal for two. The restaurant has an extensive selection of wine to pair with your Italian meal, plus strong and tasty handcrafted cocktails made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is bustling, and the food is delicious. As raved about online and having garnered attention worldwide, Buffalo Dining Club is a worthy dining destination.

Though it was obviously not as good as Rome, it was pretty delightful in its own unique way. The al dente pasta was twirled in a giant wheel of pecorino cheese, table-side! Then I was able to enhance it with the house-made pepper jam (provided at the table). We also tried the house salad (fresh and well-dressed) and San Daniele prosciutto ribbons, while sipping some crisp Pinot Grigio - all good complements to the heavy pasta. Overall, my sisters and I enjoyed our carb lunch al fresco that day!

I've been to Easey's and while I loved the fit-out, the burgers at the time were only OK...but who's going to say no to a burger by Jimmy in Sydney? I tried to order a double Kecksburger because I wanted lettuce and tomato but unfortunately they don't do that here...so I got the Rowdy Double Jeopardy. Double beef, double cheese, bacon, ketchup, mustard, onions, McClure's pickles, jalapeños This burger is not very big, it's like Mary's sized...but just like Mary's it's a delicious party in your mouth. The beef is seasoned perfectly, has a great fat ratio and cooked just right. The toppings all work together and don't overwhelm, the bacon isn't too salty and the pickles and jalapeños give good texture, though I would have preferred a bigger kick with the jalapeños. The bun is great, one of the better buns I've had in Sydney cause I'm pretty sure it's a potato bun. All in all a great burger and a very welcome addition...though I really wish I could get a double Kecksburger as a personal preference.

I've never been a fan of sandwiches, but I think I could be converted. Great vibe to the place.

I had a flat white, a Bloody Mary, and then I ordered two breakfasts (yes two). I couldn't pass up eggs, but I also couldn't forget their pancakes. So I settled on the healthy stack, which was two pieces of toast smothered in goat cheese, tipped with rocket, tomato, avocado, and a poached egg and the. I got the pancakes with ricotta, Caramelized bananas and hazelnuts. The flat White was good and so was the Bloody Mary. The bloody was oddly sweet with a kick to it, but I liked it nonetheless. I did not like is hefty price tag though, as it was 18 dollars for a pretty small drink. For the food everything was delicious. The healthy stack tasted exactly like it sounded and it was a huge portion with two huge pieces of toast. And the pancakes were equally delicious. The ricotta was awesome And the whole table was glad I ordered them. Overall I would be back and I wanna check out their bar. The place is so cute and homey so I would recommend. FOOD Given practically everyone that worked there was Asian I opted for the Asian burger. Teriyaki Chicken Burger with Wasabi Mayo, Pineapple and Pickled Ginger. ($10.50) When eating Teriyaki Chicken you don't normally put wasabi/mayo/wasabi mayo on it. Well I don't anyway. Wasabi and pickled ginger are usually reserved for sushi not teriyaki. On this occasion it seemed to work though! Pineapple was a bit iffy though. Not very Japanese like. Good serving of Peri-Peri sauce with my small chips ($3). Nice and spicy. Some of the chips unfortunately spent a little too long in the deep fryer for my liking. I'm picky with chips. These were unfortunately not the perfect balance of crispy on the outside soft on the inside. OVERALL Decent burger place. Was debating between a 3/4 star during my meal. Last minute save by the delivery boy. The mole was really tasty but not enough, and the breast was really tough and fatty, plus no proper cutlery provided.
