I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

I told him no problem, time is not a concern. He asks me to come in so He can take some measurements of my vehicle. I drove down to his shop and immediately he starts in with it being race season and he is backed up. I ask him why are his thoughts and inform him that I want something different and unique. He gives me several ideas..... that have been done a billion times before. Basically center stripe, drivers side stripe and passenger side stripe..... asks what I saw on the internet that I like. If I wanted something from the internet I would have brought in something and said I want this... I threw together an idea and said ok I want this. He tells me well call me in a few weeks because I am busy and it's race season... I asked if we can get an appointment on the books so I can get a rough idea of when. Nope, just call me in A few weeks.... so why happens then if a bunch of race season people come in wanting work... they get their work scheduled and I get pushed out? He even went to the point of trying to refer me to another guy. I did my research and thought I was going to a reputable company but I guess not. I went into this store on a Wednesday and sent a package what I thought was "overnight". I was…read morecharged $43 for this service which I thought was a lot of money. However, the important package that had a deadline of 24 hours took almost 48 hours to be delivered causing me a serious financial hardship. I went into the store expecting to be reimbursed since the 24 hour deadline promised was not met. The guy i spoke with was the same guy who assured me on Wednesday that my package would be delivered within the 24 hours. He argued that it was my fault not his that I didn't understand him clearly when i sent the package. I told him it was not my fault because i never would have paid $43 to send a package unless i had been assured it would be delivered within the 24 hours. I realized it would do no good to talk to him since he was so argumentative and refused to accept responsibility for the fact they clearly did not deliver what i pad for. He said his manager would be in Monday and that i could take it up with her. I will do this and give an update on how everything turns out. If I'm not reimbursed as I should e i will be taking furact I received a call from Ashley, the manager. Nicest person in the world. After investigation she determined I was entitled to a refund. She assured me the employees would be better trained so this problem wouldn't happen again. I want to thank this store for doing the right thing and I would definitely recommend this store.
