If we're ordering Pizza on a Friday night, it's almost always going to be AJ's. Either the Jr. Jumbo, or if we're really hungry or have company, a Jumbo. I'm particularly partial to the Pepperoni rolls (highly recommend trying). Unfortunately, (just recently), I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the food. Sometimes it's great, which is what I've come to expect, and sometimes is just ok. I've also never been exactly "wowed" by the staff/service. This is just an observation, but a lot of the staff seems to be comprised of high-school or college age kids. I can say I don't recall EVER being greeted with a smile when picking up my order. It's almost always a young lady (different ones) who seem irritated that they're even there. Which is whatever... I just want my pizza. Just an observation though. I haven't been to the new location yet, so I can speak to the new dining area, etc. we switched over to doing delivery since we moved closer to town. Overall, highly recommend because generally the food is delicious.

Pretty much exactly how I remember Pizza Hut pizza: good not great, cheesy, greasy but not to the point of it running off. Service was slow- they were definitely understaffed, and maybe inefficient too. There was only one server, who was frazzled. Prices are okay, not great. They had an issue with credit cards; hopefully temporary, and luckily we had enough cash. The place was clean. All in all, a decent meal, but not my first choice.

If I lived in Tiffin, those 70 pounds would be right back because I would stay at Napolis picking up fold overs. I was in town visiting my mom last night and for old times sake, decided to pick up a cheeseburger fold over. It did not disappoint! It was ready very quick. I picked it up, they are so generous with the toppings and the cheese. It still looks and smells exactly the same when you walk in there. There's a convenience to ordering delivery, but picking up yourself just ensure you get a perfectly piping hot meal. One more reason to visit my mom, definitely needed it

Called to complain about them screwing up my pizza and spoke to the night manager. She was combative and disputed my claim that they messed up my pizza and never offered a refund or to remake the order, simply saying.. ok, have a good night. Is there no corporate training anymore? And the food quality was great. Last month I went back because they need help bad, I had to quit after 2 weeks. All new employees with some management (not all) that treat there employees like sh*t, they complain when the phone rings with comments like "Oh my God would you stop f**king calling" or "f**king go away already". Management yelling at people for standing around when clearly working but says nothing to others when there leaning on the counters while on their cell phones in public view and the ovens are backed up. And also having music playing loudly during work hours that is not appropriate for business. And 2nd is product, they leave sauce and toppings out all night, They reuse yesterday product from the night before when it should be thrown out. Like the sandwich breads, why would I prep them in the morning and date them E.O.D. (end of day) only to come in next morning and there still using it. And when some of the pizzas are finished they have bubbles like most do but some are so bad that when cut the slices are so bad that it should be remade but they put it the box and serve it saying "if they don't complain then don't worry about it". Plus they touch the food with bare hands AFTER it comes out of the oven. Not to mention there were times when chemicals were left next to product. I would not recommend Tiffin Dominos to anyone as a place to eat or work. Very very disappointed.
