I know their post are old but I agree with sean and Adam. I worked there back when it opened and everyone was great to work with, friendly and polite and always quick to lend a hand. And the food quality was great. Last month I went back because they need help bad, I had to quit after 2 weeks. All new employees with some management (not all) that treat there employees like sh*t, they complain when the phone rings with comments like "Oh my God would you stop f**king calling" or "f**king go away already". Management yelling at people for standing around when clearly working but says nothing to others when there leaning on the counters while on their cell phones in public view and the ovens are backed up. And also having music playing loudly during work hours that is not appropriate for business. And 2nd is product, they leave sauce and toppings out all night, They reuse yesterday product from the night before when it should be thrown out. Like the sandwich breads, why would I prep them in the morning and date them E.O.D. (end of day) only to come in next morning and there still using it. And when some of the pizzas are finished they have bubbles like most do but some are so bad that when cut the slices are so bad that it should be remade but they put it the box and serve it saying "if they don't complain then don't worry about it". Plus they touch the food with bare hands AFTER it comes out of the oven. Not to mention there were times when chemicals were left next to product. I would not recommend Tiffin Dominos to anyone as a place to eat or work. Very very disappointed. read more

I ordered food today and the chicken alfrado was burnt including the tin bowl it came in. the bowl was only filled part of the way up. I also ordered a spicy chicken habanero samdwitch it was insanely greasy. read more

I would give a zero if possible! Every pizza was burnt. Additionally, there was a veggie pizza without the feta cheese and without the shredded provolone cheese, the only cheese that was supposed to be on the pizza. It was even written on the box. I opened said veggie and there was cheese. Called the store to see why there was cheese, the store put "pizza cheese" on it despite every possible cheese online was stated as none/removed. So the store very intentionally put cheese on a pizza explicitly ordered without cheese! Is this the new standard practice? To intentionally put allergens on a pizza! Are they trying to kill someone? It's a good thing the individual who needed the pizza without cheese didn't eat any. This a very reasonable request, why is it that an institution would intentionally forego said reasonable request and willfully endanger their customers. read more

Ordered a pizza and some chicken. Got home to find that the chicken was burnt. Called and asked for a new batch to be delivered to replace the old one, since I had company at the time and could not drive back down to get it. Waited 25 minutes before calling again, at which point I found out the food had *just* finished being made and they would deliver it "as soon as we find a driver". I waited another 25 minutes before calling again to let them know that I'll be driving back in and demanding a refund. When I got there, excuses were thrown in my face about how my "phone must not be working" and how the driver "couldn't get around construction". I live 5 minutes from this place and have a parking lot right next to my apartment, so there is no way she couldn't have found a way to get to me. And my phone apparently worked well enough to call them twice without difficulties, yet I saw no log of phone calls from them in my call history, nor messages in my voicemail, as they claimed they had left for me. Bottom line: In the time it took half a dozen people to churn out 12 pieces of bite-sized chicken, I could have eaten at a sit-down restaurant, had a large meal, and come home full and satisfied. I've been a regular at this place since it opened and I've watched their quality decline more and more, to the point where I've just lost the patience to deal with it any more. I would not recommend coming here unless you're pretty desperate and cheap. There are better pizza places in the Tiffin area. read more

The first time I ordered my well-done pizza, the pizza was light-done if anything. When I called, they put a free large on my account as an apology. When I ordered this pizza, which I emphasized on the phone that I like my cheese crispy and my pizza well-done, the sir said they would be there to deliver in 30-45 minutes. 20 minutes later, I glance at my phone and notice 3 missed calls from an unrecognized number, so I call it back. It was the delivery guy. I apologized for missing the call when we was at my door, and explained that I was told that the earliest he would be there was still 10 minutes away. He was very snidy with me, and treated me as if I was beneath him. When he arrived with my pizza, he emphasized again that I should have been expecting him, and that he waa not happy with me, making very innappropriate jokes about how he should have just eaten my pizza. When I take the pizza into my apartment, it was undercooked AGAIN. Would not recommend this store to my dog, let alone any decent human being. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE DELIVERY DRIVERS, STAFF THAT DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR ORDERS OR KNOW HOW TO COOK A PIZZA PROPERLY. Wish there was a 0/5 stars option, but unfortunately there is only 1/5. read more
