This place is perfect for a Tuesday night when you don't feel like cooking. My parents even insist that we eat there when they come to visit because they don't have a Big Boy near where they live. I've never had a bad meal at the Tiffin Location. The service is almost always EXCELLENT. The staff are generally friendly & attentive. From the people that have been there for years to the high school kids working there after school, I always know I'll get great service. Obviously, I can't speak to the kitchen, but the only real criticism of the Tiffin location is that the dining room needs a really good top to bottom clean (maybe during off-hours) or close for a day or something. The actual surfaces are clean enough, but it's kind of gross sitting under those weird track light fixtures that are caked with dust. Same for the window sills if you're in a booth toward the front. But there's opportunity to easily correct that; and I hope they do. But it's been like that for the 3 years I've live in Tiffin, so I'm not going to hold my breath.

What can be more America than a hot dog? Not just any hot dog but a proprietary dog, one live I've never had before. I had a foot long with chili and onions and the dog was delicious, meaty and flavorful. The bun was a surprise, it was nothing short of perfection. And the chili was astounding!
