This is a way that we know we can have good delicious healthy food and have it be ready in two or three minutes! I really like that you can choose regular or Paleo meals and that each week it's a new menu with different meals than the week before. I don't like to do a lot of dairy so I LOVE that all her meals are dairy free! I have started a list in my phone of my all-time favorites so that way I remember if they come up on the menu again to order a couple extra or to get a family size meal and my fiancé, his son and I can all have it for dinner one night! It's a bit spendy, but for me the value is in the time saved and avoiding eating out or having to buy crappy frozen lean cuisine type meals! My fiancé was skeptical at first because we've tried a few other meal and food delivery type services and we always end up canceling after a month or two because we don't see the value. But he has come to really love these meals and also really appreciate having them in the fridge! It's also nice that most of the meals freeze really well so if you don't go through all your meals that week you can freeze them, but we don't have that problem LOL, we always eat all of the meals that we picked each week! At 300 pounds it requires that kind of service or four guys, one on each corner to safely lift it out of the truck. I waited about a week for delivery from Kentucky wish was as discussed. Peninsula called and said they only had semi/tractor trailers and could not provide lift gate service to my property. They suggested sending it back to the shipper and getting a different shipping company... that would cost me at least two weeks time in the middle of winter without heat... yeah, great solution. I went up and retrieved the heat pump with my truck. Now I have to rent a fork lift to get it out of my truck. That will cost me $200 but saves me the two weeks of time. This company cannot spell c-u-s-t-o-m-e-r s-e-r-v-I-c-e. Do not use them.

Generous size, you may want to save half for later. Tons of ingredients available, and they make hot and cold sandwiches. Menu photos attached are from November 2025. Drawbacks - there is only one guy working (Joe?). So if there is a line, you may be waiting a while. We waited one time about a half hour for three sandwiches. They take call in orders, so the line you see might be misleading. Very limited seating, just a couple of tables. And no alcohol, soft drinks only. But again - the sandwiches are excellent!
