Virtual reiki is my new go-to form of self-care! My virtual reiki session with Mel was my first ever personal interaction with reiki. Mel is an absolute gem! Not only is she a great friend and huge part of my life, she is an incredible reiki master offering virtual sessions. I practice reiki on myself and didn't know what to expect during a virtual session but each time was mind blowing in its own way. This was my first reiki experience and I was a little nervous of how effective it would be virtually. My nerves were quickly settled after meeting with Mel! She is super knowledgeable and information, and also a calming energy herself making the experience feel super safe and secure.
