You go move and go about your day. Then your husbands billion dollar company wants to use CIGNA. WORT MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE. They completely took me off my infusion and would not cover it. They made me get on a NEW MEDICATION for a kick back i am sure, because we all know it still happens despite it being illegal. Then make me use a specialty pharmacy that SUCKS ASS. they delay, delay, delay, and take your money. DO NOT EVER USE CIGNA IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES :)

Then sent me a bill for monies they should have collected from my primary insurance company. I'm paying them $888.00 a month so I can do their paperwork. Now I have to pay them $400.00 for a mistake on their end and seek reimbursement from my primary insurance. Good thing I can float 400 between insurance companies. This seems unethical. I feel bad for seniors who have to deal with this company. The customer service people were awesome and wonderful. But this is not a customer service company. It's a billing company. They botched the billing and blaming the customer. This brings up a medical term "Gas Lighting". Do not be tricked in to their home delivery. They outsource to a very invasive system. I had to get an invoice adjusted after they sent meds by billing only themselves (Cigna) as my primary insurance. I spent an hour and 10 minutes on the phone being transferred 5 times. I had to talk to Cigna, Cigna Pharmacy Order, Cigna BIling , Accredo, Accredo Billing and back to Cigna all during the same call on the same invoice. Do your self a favor and fill your prescriptions locally from a non-profit pharmacy. This place is a dumpster fire. Express Scripts / Cigna mentioned by murder. -In the Northern VA area, every doctor I went to had not heard of them and would not commit to…read moreconnecting and creating an agreement with them. -I quickly learned because they were not part of a network it was my job (free) to get the doctors on-board. -Most doctor offices turned them down no matter what help I provided, like direct contact information to people who work with Flume and their dedicated task was to get offices to accept the insurance. -Emergency room visits needed pre-approval??? They cleared that up when one of our VP's ran into a situation of the same nature. -Flume did not pay bills in a timely fashion so when the bills came in although my employer said don't pay them I did when bills started rolling in from collections. -Flume requests to know if you have other insurance policies.
