Since that procedure it has been downhill for me. My teeth are worse than they were before the procedure and everything they have done after has worsened the sensitivity on those two teeth. Because of that, Dr. Ankar actually came in on his day off specifically to evaluate what was going on. During that visit, he identified issues developing around two fillings I already had and made sure I was scheduled quickly to get everything taken care of. Today's visit was just as seamless. They are incredibly respectful of your time. The wait is minimal, they run on schedule, and you're not left sitting around wondering what's going on. That level of consideration alone sets them apart. From the moment you walk in, the tone is set perfectly. Tracie at the front desk is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On the way out, she made sure everything was handled smoothly, and it's honestly refreshing to experience that level of customer service when so many places have let that standard slip. Megan was absolutely phenomenal. She has such a calming presence and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell she truly cares about the patient experience, not just going through the motions. Numbing shots on your top teeth can be horribly painful, but listen to me, Dr. Major in my opinion is the best there is. I have never felt a shot, or a tooth pulled, or a root canal. Calm and caring, and he doesn't recommend things you don't need. If you are scared, or nervous, this is the guy to see. Don't suffer anymore. Mark McComie likes to commit insurance fraud, he charge me for fillings on my #8 & #9 tooth when all he did was actually polish my teeth when I first came to him. Then he filed claims with my insurance company saying he filled my #8 tooth when all he did was throw desensitizer on my tooth because he overfiled my #8 tooth when he was in the process of filling my #7 tooth. And when he filed it down too much he made it sensitive (I didn't know was as sensitive until the numbing wore off) I verified this with his assistant while I was there that day because I felt it. So I took pictures of it when I got to my car and also when I got home so that I can have evidence to prove to Mark that he actually did file over on my #8 tooth But when I came to him with this information after a couple of weeks he tried to claim he didn't do it and that he runs and "HONEST COMPANY" and then he said he would fix it, well he quickly threw some desensitizer on it very sloppy, it took him less than a minute but in the process of polishing my tooth he chipped my #8 but I didn't know he did it until about a week later. When I felt it I thought it was just excess agent left on the tooth, but what makes him so horrible is he knew he did it and didn't tell me. You have to be a real horrible dentist to know you damaged someone teeth and not say anything, unless you purposely damaged that person's tooth. I don't know if he's a racist or he don't care how he treats people. Your not a good Dentist if you have to deleted all negative reviews on Google to make yourself look good. We all need to report this scam artist to get him shut down.

I've gone to highly rated dentists while living in California and will say Dr. Deena shaped two beautiful veneers that are far superior. They are perfect in shape and color while still looking very natural, unlike many veneers that lack that variance in color of natural teeth. She's an artist! Their dental assistant, Kendyll, is also highly competent and friendly. Donna in the front office is always so lovely to chat with and is on top of all the billing and insurance dealings. She does a great job explaining everything.  Alani Dental Center is very fair with pricing and has never tried to talk me into unnecessary treatments, unlike some dentists I've been to over the years. The last three visits my husband and I have had, we've been called back 25-30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. It's frustrating to arrive 10-15 minutes early, then see everyone that arrived after you called back before you are. As many times as they call, e-mail, and text with appoinment reminders, I expect them to honor my time and be prompt as well. But most frustrating is the lack of communication of Dr. Thompson's departure. I visited him in September, with a follow up the next week. I was surprised that a different dentist performed the procedure. When I asked, I was only told that Dr. Thompson was no. longer with True Dental. My husband called before his visit a few months later asking who his denist would be, but was only told the practice had several dentists. He didn't find out who his dentist was until he was in the room. There has never been any formal communcation about the change. We are looking for another dentist with a smaller office that provides more personal service and values their patients.

Months after the procedure, I received a $900+ bill. I complained since my written estimated cost after the $500 I paid up front was $0. I was given a 'courtesy discount' and left with $649.00 to pay after trying to work with my insurance but to no avail. Dr. Brock was out of network, despite repeated claims by his office that I was covered. The lesson to learn is: Talk to your own insurance company. You cannot believe what you are told and once you sign that you'll pay any difference and the work is done, you're taken.

Several weeks later a bill for over $100.00 came in the mail. In the meantime, I went back to my regular dentist who didn't feel comfortable with her findings and sent me to Dr. Settles in Ellijay GA who then ran more extensive testing (without charging me a dime) and I found out that in fact my tooth was not cracked as I was told at Southeastern Endodontics and was happily able to save my bridge. I highly recommend you do NOT use this endodontics and use Dr Michael Smith in Dalton GA. His office staff is superior with their insurance knowledge and Dr. Smith is the by far the superior endodontic by far. His knowledge and level of care is phenomenal.
