My Friends all recommended unanimously, the Orthodontic Practice Of a Father and Son by the name of McDaniel Orthodontics in Chattanooga. After my initial Consultation, Dr. Mac, the Father, Who is my age recommended Invisiline Braces for me..! These easy to wear, form fitting Braces are worn 20 Hours a day and are Virtually "Invisible"..! Slowly, over about 18 Months I had a completed the Regimen and my Teeth were Totally Straight and My Smile Really Improved..! God gave me Great Teeth, I Just Needed a Great Orthodontist and His Son Dr. Andy McDaniel to Straighten them out..! I also set up my payment Plan with Their Business Manager, Vicki, who suggested a plan that would run through the the duration of my Required time which was estimated to be a year and a half and Found That To Be An Excellent Program for my Budget..! It was brought to his attention that I didn't have any orthodontist insurance and he was so big hearted to have given me a discount to assure that I could get them. He wanted to make sure I was able to get the smile I had been wanting my whole life. That was his words I could tell it wasn't something forced to say it was from his heart. I have been very insecure since a young age because of my teeth. It definitely affects who you are as a person. As Dr. Dressler and I had discussed earlier into the appointment how I've wanted them since my teen years and I just couldn't make it possible due to low funds at that time he told me he would make sure we got it figured out there was nothing for me to worry about. Today I got my braces put on. As bad as it hurts I've smiled all day not because it looks good at this point but because I know it's all going to soon. I hate that I didn't ask the assistant her name but she was the absolute sweetest person ever. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was alright and that nothing was bothering me. We also talked like we'd known each other forever. I'm dissatisfied with my Invisalign treatment at GCO. I believe my treatment has been guided…read moreincorrectly for 5 years. I initially chose GCO because my daughter received braces here, but it appears the expertise of the orthodontist is limited to treating teenagers and traditional braces. ‍ My other daughter started and finished her Invisalign treatment before I did. To top it off, my third child was also in Invisalign with a different provider and finished March 2026. The practice of only providing seven sets of trays at a time also hindered my experience. Now that the treatment is complete, I have noticed that my face appears more asymmetrical and contoured to the right due to the orthodontist moving my #3 and #2 molars into a missing premolar position without using TADs Additionally, I am experiencing jaw popping and TMJ symptoms that were not present before. I previously mentioned that I was unhappy with the bite on my right side; however, the adjustment promised via my retainers has not resolved the issue. My bite remains uncomfortable, and my top and bottom teeth are not properly aligned. I initially sought treatment for an underbite and its spacing. Dr. Aldridge requested that I seek a 2nd opinion. I have already informed Dr. Aldridge that I consulted with a dentist who advised that adults should not have their molars moved, as it could potentially impact their facial structure, given that they are no longer in a growth phase. Furthermore, the dentist mentioned that moving molars typically necessitates the use of TADs, which Dr. Aldridge did not employ. I have since consulted with 2 different orthodontists for a second opinion, and both of them concur that the molars should either be moved back or straightened. This is because Dr. Aldridge left them in a tilted position, resulting in a significant gap where food frequently becomes lodged. One of the orthodontist has informed me that two of my upper teeth require straightening, and two of my lower teeth also need to be correctly positioned.

Great prices and payment plans. Appointments always in and out with in 30min except my last appointment which was to get them took off took 1-2 hours. They ended my brace take off with a celebration and a cup of candy which it just made the moment even more bitter sweet I will attach video and pictures throughout my experience. 10/10 highly recommend and the staff is just amazing !!!!!!!!! Also when I moved to Atlanta my last few months they made sure I was able to be seen on a schedule that was very convenient for me and I call almost every other week thinking I done lost retainers ( I end up finding them) but they are ready and quick to replace them and they give you molds of your teeth so you can quickly and easily access a new retainer without shifting. An amazing establishment and staff that has really good results with affordable prices !!!!!!
