Which is something I truly appreciate because I've have some childhood scars from my dentist growing up. While I still experience anxiety, it's nowhere near as bad due to the care that is taken to make me feel at ease. Dr Gallien also attended to me on a day that Dr Erin was out of the office and he was very pleasant and appreciated his care. After leaving for my cleaning I get my little baggy every time with toothbrush, floss and a gift and that's always appreciated to have some extra dental travel equipment. My day job requires me to be going all day so I typically have an early morning appointment (7AM!) which is convenient to be able to get going for the day. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and will continue to recommend.

I'm really glad I did. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago, and I was so happy to hear they had openings for new patients. I chose a 1pm on a Tuesday and I literally was in and out in 30 minutes. I call that winning. I arrived at 1250, was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and paperwork. They had gone over my insurance when I had called 2 weeks ago, so I just had to do preliminary basic health reports. At 1259 I was going to give them my paper and I was called back. I was out of the door at 130 on the dot. You don't get this anywhere people :) Also Cassie was my dental hygienist and she was very nice and thorough. We talked about my dental history and I told her I had X-rays taken In April of this year, and at first I was told my insurance wouldn't pay for the X-rays this time, but after some talking, since I had new Insurance company, I was able to get X-rays. I was then greeted by Dr.Myers, who ended up doing my first cleaning. I have seen a lot of dentists, and I believe this is the first time the dentist did my initial cleaning and not the hygienist but I could be wrong. He said the next one the hygienist would see me for a cleaning and that's fine with me. I left with a happy smile because no new cavities were seen, and all I needed was a cleaning. Oh and did I mention hgtv fixer upper was on. The best dentist visit I've been too! I highly recommend them. I found this place per a recommendation from a friend. The dentist I had been seeing before did not…read moretake my current dental insurance. I contacted this office via their online form and within a few hours, they responded and made an appointment for me for the next day. I was way overdue for ra cleaning and I had started to have some problems with one of my back molars. Dr. Venza's office is in a new building on the 2nd floor, just across from the Publix on Market over in the Northshore. The office is bright and nicely decorated and with state of the art new machinery. I had X-rays done on this nifty machine that whirled around my head. I was then seated in a chair in an exam room and Dr. Venza came to great me. She is very sweet and friendly and professional. I got the "laughing" gas to calm my nerves a bit (though I don't really get nervous at the dentist) and she commenced with the exam. Turns out I had a cavity and a crack in my molar and need some work on that. She did that and performed my cleaning. I was in and out of there in about an hour or less. Dr. Venza even called me the next morning to see how I was feeling. That was pretty awesome. I hadn't had a dentist do that before. A couple of days later, my tooth started hurting really badly. A pain I hadn't ever experienced before. I called and left a message, on a Sunday, and not too long after that Dr. Venza called me back. Again, awesome! She called in a prescription for pain meds. I left an email message for them on Monday (they are closed on Mondays) and got a call Tuesday and they fit me back in that afternoon to take a look again. Dr. Venza did some adjustments to the fillings and the pain has slowly subsided. I really can't say enough about the care you receive from Dr. Venza and her staff. I'm blown away by it, actually. This past summer She went to them again to have them re-lined due to a lose fit. After setting them in place with the mold material, they became stuck in her mouth. the Dentist attempt to pull and pry them out until the pain became far too much for. spent a week without being able to remove them and recovering from the pain. went back for second visit and again the dentist could remove the dentures from her mouth and again put her in extreme pain. 3rd visit they finally were able to remove the dentures and clean out the material they use to form the reline fit. She came back home and never did have the fit corrected. she's 81 yrs old at the time. the still charged her $688. Dentures not fixed, and putting an 81 yr old lady through crazy pain, anxiety and distress. We have since moved out of state for family and home where that is ADA so we can take care of her. When called to split the bill in 2 payments they were upset. After relaying the issues with the failed procedure, continued to ask for her to come back in. 1st, after that torture why would anyone go back for more? 2nd informed them several times during the call that we are now out of state and nowhere close enough to go back anyway. ( still intending to pay the bill ) Even after telling them we would be paying the bill, the were rude and unapologetic. I assume they thought we were just trying to get out of paying a bill. Maybe they should have checked the record of the visits and issues. How can anyone do such lousy work, never complete the work the work, put an 81 year old mobility challenged lady through that much pain, and then not only charge nearly $700 for the pleasure of their company, but also get rude over the billing?

During that visit, he identified issues developing around two fillings I already had and made sure I was scheduled quickly to get everything taken care of. Today's visit was just as seamless. They are incredibly respectful of your time. The wait is minimal, they run on schedule, and you're not left sitting around wondering what's going on. That level of consideration alone sets them apart. From the moment you walk in, the tone is set perfectly. Tracie at the front desk is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On the way out, she made sure everything was handled smoothly, and it's honestly refreshing to experience that level of customer service when so many places have let that standard slip. Megan was absolutely phenomenal. She has such a calming presence and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense.
